“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 Stars) — Publix Super Market at Pines City Center (#1598)
Publix is usually my go-to when I want a delicious sub. But today the new deli assembly system caused a long delay, and no one acknowledged customers waiting in line. Even the employees said the new process needs improvement.
I’m still a loyal Publix shopper — just hoping management rethinks how the deli line flows. I’ll definitely return, but will avoid peak deli times for now.

“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”
“This Publix offers an excellent overall experience. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making shopping efficient and pleasant. Parking is very convenient, with a spacious lot and plenty of available spaces. The location is easy to access, well-connected, and situated in a safe, busy area with a lively commercial atmosphere. An ideal place for both regular grocery shopping and quick stops.”

“They have good selection and selves are always stocked. Many times the prices are lower then other places. Most of the times checkout is easy and fast. Remember to bring your own bags. Many times you can find empty boxes to use.”
“Today I had some coupons I wanted to try for cold brew coffee and kombucha which are two items I really love but do not have the pleasure to always indulge in. I am inside and I see a diverse workforce, so I am a happy camper. After grabbing my items I decided to drink my cold brew outside by the fountain and do some people watching before heading to the park to get some steps in. Wandering Bear coffee was great, not too sweet but flavorful at the same time. If you want to try out a new cold brew I would definitely give Wandering Bear at Whole Foods a try.”

“Regular prices are a bit expensive. Product selection is excellent. BOGO selection is excellent. I intend to start shopping at Publix more often. Deli selection is excellent. In the bread and bakery department I would prefer to see whole wheat products. The whole store was immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and greeted me right away. Self checkout was very user friendly.”

“Despite the impressive food display, my experience was marred by subpar customer service. I waited 15 minutes, trying to get the attention of one of the many staff members. Meanwhile, two men were checking out, and another, who arrived 15 minutes after me and another lady walked by in front of us, and received immediate assistance from an employee who dropped her task to assist him. After he left, I tried again to place my order, but the same employee abruptly cut me off. As a previous restaurant manager with 10 years of experience, this establishment seemed super overstaffed... I I was surprised by the way they took their jobs for granted.
Ironically, I left my own kitchen to visit yours, seeking a convenient and satisfying meal. Instead, I ended up buying the ingredients to make my own soup...
Besides that, I'm consistently impressed with this grocery store - the cashiers are incredibly friendly, and the store itself is always super clean and well-organized!”

“I grew up eating guavas regularly. We had a 'red belly' guava tree in our yard back in the Caribbean and to this day THAT GUAVA has been THE BEST guava I have eaten.Imagine my surprise recently, when I grabbed a couple candies from the checkout counter at my nail salon, and it was guava flavored! I didn't even know this existed! I have had lemon candy, or grape flavored, even ginger, right?.Well, I made it my mission to locate a local seller. I visited a couple stores one evening, and found what I was looking for on my 2nd stop. The cashier took me to the candies, I paid for it, then I tasted it, Yes, I tasted it right there to make sure - it was heaven.Now I have a favorite Oriental store and it's right in my neighborhood!”

“I prefer to come get meat here than orlando. I come here pretty often and always get meat from here specially goat. Not only they re lowest priced, it's the best meat. Also, I like small stores atmosphere where you find everything if you cant you can someone.”

“I really need to acknowledge Dolly at the bakery. I came in 20 minutes before my son's school birthday party and was just planning to get some cupcakes. I decided to ask if they had anything Spider-Man themed and Dolly took over, she asked how many kids, pulled out a light up Spider-Man toy, arranged them and put extra cream to make them look a cake. Put sprinkles and wrote happy birthday Kyle to make it look like this was preordered. She did this all in 5 minutes. I was in the store a total of 12 minutes, got apple juice, snacks and the cake and was on my way. She saved me and did with so much kindness, truly wanted to help. I am so grateful to her for making it so special for my son.”
“This store is such a pleasant surprise to happen upon since “Dollar” stores are often more like flea markets inside. This particular location rivals any WALGREENS OR CVS with their perfectly placed and organized aisles. Jam packed with goodies at lower rates than you’d pay anywhere else. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. The Clerk up front with the dark wavy hair and glasses was so proud of the store that I thought she was the owner when I complimented how beautiful the store looked. Extremely inviting and pleasant to wander around. Wonder how it fares in busier climates during different seasons. I’ll just have to keep coming back.”

They are proactive, and customer service oriented, they care to deliver customer satisfaction and happiness to their clients. They honor the work done by the Founder Mr. Herran. You do not see this at other stores. They deserve an award for "the best Sedano Supermarket store of 2024". Even the team at the cafeteria prepares the best cortadito.
The self-service CHECK OUT equipment or software should be upgraded with faster prompts. Check Walmart or Publix and compare.

“I wanted to take the time to explain one of the best experiences I have had at the Walmart Pharmacy Store # 02591 in Pembroke Pines Florida. Starting with one of the most amazing experiences with Staff Pharmacist Linda Nadal. My 83 year old father suffers from tinnitus. I was transferring one of his scripts to the store , where her team made this so simple and quick it was a pleasant surprise. It was at that point that Ms. Nadal came out from behind the counter and told me to meet her in an aisle. I asked what are you doing, you are busy and don't have time for this. Her response was yes I do and I want to show you and explain to you an OTC product that she has had many patients telling her this product was a miracle and worked. She proceeded to show me the product and I was still stunned how much time and knowledge she shared with me to help my father. And guess what, it worked and my Dad said it's a miracle I had no clue this what out there, thank you Linda! It gets better, Gnessa and Julia, pharmacy techs, spent all of the time my father required and answered every one of his questions with a smile and kindness. This alone, the great treatment of my father has won my service to this pharmacy from this point forward. Everyone takes time to complain well, I am taking time to tell you this service and kindness is unmatched by any of their competitors. In my opinion move your scripts here for the best most pleasant experience you could ever imagine. Walmart whatever you are paying these three individuals it is NOT enough. These are my words and experience and was not paid or asked to write this review.”
