Journeys provides excellent customer service with very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. Employees are extremely enthusiastic, kind, and patient, making customers feel like five-star guests. The store is kept very clean. Staff go out of their way to help find specific shoes and provide great product details. This leads to the best experience and customers definitely look forward to their next visit.

The store is kept very clean and the staff is very nice! The store manager, Diana (or Deana), was very attentive and helpful. She went out of her way to help me look for a specific shoes and I really appreciate her. I definitely will be going back soon!

Never in my life have I experienced such great service. Tatiana helped me to find the best shoes I’ve ever seen. She was extremely enthusiastic, kind, and patient. Now I can live confidently knowing that I look good in my new reeboks and it’s all thanks to Tatiana.I would give six stars if I could.
