“I had a good shopping experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Pembroke Pines. My husband had to exchange a giant cooler we got for Christmas. Unfortunately, their selection of coolers is limited, and the Yeti we liked was $375, which we did not want to spend on a cooler. He ended up with a Huck shirt, OC sneakers, and Reef flip flops and still had to pay $11 dollars after the gift card was used. The shoe department really stood out. The shoe service was excellent and made the fitting process easy and stress-free. No issues at all with the fitting rooms, and the store has a large selection of clothing overall.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the store, which I appreciated. That said, I was a bit disappointed by the limited selection of FIFA USA jerseys and the lack of variety when it comes to coolers. Prices also run on the higher side, and there weren’t many sales available during my visit.
Worst, they do not offer a military discount.
Overall, it’s a solid store with great shoe service and a wide apparel selection, just wish there was military discount, better deals and more variety in a few key areas.”
