“I don't review places often and this is from my experience but the owner was not rude at all..just because he wasn't all smiley and checking up on you every other time, and have the customer service voice like most retail/store workers, does not make it bad customer service, being blunt and straight to the point doesn't make someone rude overall. Albeit I only asked two questions but he answered them, even asked if I wanted the helmet I bought in a bag.
And like the previous review said, this is a store for new AND used gear. 12 bucks for a roller skating helmet as a beginner isn't a bad price at all either.”
