“I had such an amazing experience at Champs! The store itself is absolutely HUGE and has such a great variety of shoes, clothing, and accessories. There were so many options to choose from, and I really appreciated being able to take my time looking around. They even have a basketball court and a seating area, which makes the store feel like more than just a place to shop it’s a really cool experience overall. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and assisted in such a timely and professional manner. The customer service was truly on another level. I was assisted by Alexia, and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about sneakers and really took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. She had no problem bringing out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try and making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I’m a medical receptionist, so comfort is extremely important to me because I’m on my feet and moving around throughout the day. Alexia helped me find shoes and socks that fit my personal style while also giving me the comfort and support I needed. She was so patient and informative, walking around with me, explaining the products, answering all of my questions, and making sure I knew everything I needed to know before making my decision. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had the best shopping experience possible. You can tell she really knows her products and takes pride in helping customers. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will absolutely be shopping at Champs again! I got to walk around the plaza, it was early in the AM so the plaza was still quiet but I appreciate being able to get some steps in my new exercise shoes and do some window shopping.”

“They sure do offer fancy stuff for kids here. Great store with tons of options. My daughter wants to get Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, so we checked this out. The store is pretty cool with a little fun kids interactive play area in the center of the store. A cute walkway, mini slide, benches, bean bags, gaming table. Fun for kids. The selections here are a nice variety too. They sell Nike, Crocs, Converse, clothing, etc.Nice and clean store. Customer service was cool. We had a few people come over and asked if we needed help.”

“Everytime I visit I find a piece or 2 I need to leave with. The staff is very nice and store is kept up well. I particularly enjoy their petite shop. There are options and even clearance rack within petite. I buy my favorite style of pants here which are, relaxed fit! I have Thicker legs and the skinny jeans are too fitted and the wide pant legs are to frumpy on me. The relaxed fit is perfect and the store carries various sizes. Parking is easy and the location is great.”
