“I want to recognize the associate with long hair who wears glasses whenever we visit Skechers. From the moment we walk in, she greets everyone with a warm smile and such a friendly, positive attitude that immediately makes the store feel welcoming. She regularly checks on customers, kindly asking if we are okay or need help, without ever being pushy. Her patience and attentiveness make the shopping experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
When I wasn’t sure if a pair of shoes fit properly, she offered to check the back for another size and even suggested a few styles that might be more comfortable. She patiently waited while I walked around to see how they felt, making sure I found the right fit without making me feel rushed.
What truly stood out to me was how kind and compassionate she was with customers. I saw her help an older lady who was having a hard time putting on socks. She gently put the socks on for her and stayed with her the entire time to make sure she was comfortable. The older lady was so touched by the kindness that she had tears in her eyes. It was honestly something I have never seen before in a store, and it showed how much she truly cares about people.
Even while helping others, she still came back to check on us and other customers to make sure everyone was taken care of. Her kindness, patience and professionalism left a lasting impression on us and made our visit memorable.
Even though the closest store to us is at Sawgrass, we still choose to visit this location, and experiences like this make the trip completely worth it. Associates like her truly make a difference and show that genuine kindness and exceptional service still exist.”

Thicker legs and the skinny jeans are too fitted and the wide pant legs are to frumpy on me. The relaxed fit is perfect and the store carries various sizes. Parking is easy and the location is great.”

I love the welcome I always get. I’m a HUGE guess fan and what’s made me come back time and again for years are the managers and staff at this location. “They sure do offer fancy stuff for kids here. Great store with tons of options. My daughter wants to get Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, so we checked this out. The store is pretty cool with a little fun kids interactive play area in the center of the store. A cute walkway, mini slide, benches, bean bags, gaming table. Fun for kids. The selections here are a nice variety too. They sell Nike, Crocs, Converse, clothing, etc.Nice and clean store. Customer service was cool. We had a few people come over and asked if we needed help.”
“I had a party to attend and barely any time to shop. I called the Pembroke Pines store and spoke with Jay, told her what I needed and my size, and she immediately found it. She even had it waiting for me when I arrived. I walked in, asked for her, and she already had everything rung up and bagged.
She truly understood the assignment. I was in and out in minutes. Jay was pleasant, helpful, and an absolute lifesaver since I was running so late. I’m really grateful for her service.”

“I went in with my daughter today to exchange a pair of shoes. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a blonde girl who ended up assisting us the entire time. I wish I remembered her name to give her proper recognition but she had a bunch of tattoos! When assisting us she noticed me looking at some shoes and brought them with my daughters without me even having to say anything. I was so impressed by her attention to detail! You don’t see very many people like her these days. We had an amazingly easy time and definitely will be back to this location!”
