“I had an amazing experience at Boot barn in Pines, thanks to one of their employees who went above and beyond to help me get my hat shaped the way I wanted her name was Michelle was friendly attitude and immediately offered assistance. She was knowledgeable about the products, and even helped me find exactly what I needed. Professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service really stood out.”

“This location has the best decorated shoes out of all croc stores I have been to!! I had to ask who made them and staff let me know. Gianni is amazing!! He helped me out decorating my shoe and made it so gorgeous. Retailers need creativity and personnel like him. The second we got started he was kind, fun and passionate. “They sure do offer fancy stuff for kids here. Great store with tons of options. My daughter wants to get Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, so we checked this out. The store is pretty cool with a little fun kids interactive play area in the center of the store. A cute walkway, mini slide, benches, bean bags, gaming table. Fun for kids. The selections here are a nice variety too. They sell Nike, Crocs, Converse, clothing, etc.Nice and clean store. Customer service was cool. We had a few people come over and asked if we needed help.”

Thicker legs and the skinny jeans are too fitted and the wide pant legs are to frumpy on me. The relaxed fit is perfect and the store carries various sizes. Parking is easy and the location is great.”
“Kiss is ALWAYS so helpful and welcoming. Stanley’s gone now but we visit him in Aventura. Met Ruth two weeks ago and I have to say she’s amazing! The staff at the Guess are top notch. I love the welcome I always get. I’m a HUGE guess fan and what’s made me come back time and again for years are the managers and staff at this location. The fact that I can only give 5 stars imo isn’t enough.”

“Amazing new location (within the mall). Ronisha was so kind and patient as I took the time to purchase some AirForce 1’s for my step daughter. Ronisha and her manger Santos were knowledgeable about sizing and reassured me of the return policy if need be. Santos took notice of my load of beautiful children so he went out his way to complete my sale at their quick check out stand.They both left a great impression on me as well did the store itself. Very clean and all the merchandise looked presentable. I will return for school shopping and even for myself for sure.
