“I put $950 dollars in atm 8/4 and it said it was out of order and printed out a receipt saying couldn’t return my money call my Financial institution, So I did that day and have went into the branch and called many times with no resolution or returning of my money. They called me three times asking me the same amount in the same question.They would just tell me that they’re opening an investigation, even though I already have one and started one 7 times.I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t give my money back and really felt like my own bank robbed me.Ive been a member a really long time and have brought over 20 people to this bank, so it really hurt me that this happened from them.This was my bill money and was just getting the run around, they would even tell me that the ATM was over, but still wasn’t Returning my money today is 8/29 almost a month later and I go in the bank to see what is taking so long and why they’re not returning my Money.I spoke with Lori at the branch And she really helped me a lot and was upset too, that it took this long for me to get my money.She went and spoke to the manager and came back and told me that my money was returned Into my account. She really was on it and I appreciate her so much Because I don’t know if it would’ve been done without her.”
