“I don't shop for clothes often but my first stop has always been Bealls. Not only do they have a great selection for thick chicks like me, they seem to have clothes built for the Florida heat. Thin, gauzy tops and light weight bottoms and skirts.I've gotten some good under garments here as well. ?Staff are very friendly and got me checked out quickly!”

“We visited downtown Pensacola this afternoon and stumbled into the Bluetique. We were met with the best customer service imaginable. The selections are high end and they have an awesome jewelry selection as well.
What took it next level was their treatment of our six year old daughter. They were so kind to her, and without getting long winded, they made her day! Awesome store supported by even better people. We will be back!”
“It's a smaller bealls outlet but it's clean well stocked & organized. Sales clerk was friendly.
Handicap ramp access for front door but 1 glass door is locked & other one opens manually & IMO a tight squeeze for a standard wheelchair.”

“As for the Cordova Mall’s Hot Topic, I have the greatest appreciation for two of the employees who worked the afternoon of January 21st, 26, as my daughter suffered a POTS episode in the store. It was, “All I can offer is the changing room with a bench, but let me get security to bring you a wheelchair, and we will help you to your car.” Security was in no hurry, but our new friends from Hot Topic checked back with them twice, and made sure my daughter and I got safely back to Sacred Heart where we had been for testing. These two went above and beyond, they were professional, and they were very, very kind.”

“I am visiting the area and wanted to shop for some new things and found this shop and was very happy with what I found. I bought a cropped sweater and a cashmere like pink jacket. Really cute shop, current style clothes, shoes, and accessories. The CUTEST baby clothes I have seen in a while. I wish I had a baby to by for. Nice private dressing rooms with an awesome mirror in the foyer of the dressing area. The staff was very helpful with ideas of what would look good on me. I recommend the shop. I parked in the back of the building next to the shop. That was the only thing that I was not sure of, since I do not know the area, the shops front is on the street with parking behind the buildings. Definitely worth visiting.”
“I’ve worked in retail, specifically in Pier Park in PCB just up the road. We have a Buckle too. Let me just say that it’s really rare to find the type of customer service the Cordova Buckle has. It’s rare to actually be greeted these days. They asked if I needed help but didn’t keep hounding me when I said no. They made natural conversation, which is rare. They didn’t seem like they hate their job and need to get a sale out of you. They seemed like happy girls that treat you like a normal person. That’s SO refreshing and goes a long way. Not even just in sales but also making someone’s day better.”

“I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!”
“Fairfield/Mobile Hwy store has plenty of inventory, clean but crowded. Items on the racks touch you on both sides when walking through the narrow isles. Pleasant and helpful staff.”

“I went looking all over town for a cowboy hat that I needed for my niece’s wedding. Tractor supply didn’t have any and Boot Barn either. But this store had the right size shape and style and even though I wasn’t looking for a shirt they had a great deal on the perfect shirt for a wedding. The owner was kind, polite and helped me pick out the perfect hat. Even after trying on several different colors and styles. After everything rang up I was surprised at how inexpensive the charge was.”

“This location does not disappoint. I found 2 nice dresses on clearance for $10 each and a great full price dress for $25. My daughter found some cute shirts. Teen girls shorts are Daisy Dukes so thats pretty lame.
The selection looks adequate overall and they had plenty of new arrivals.
Only 2 dressing rooms up front so I asked the gray hair security guard guy if that was al they would have open. He said if the line got any longer (3 of us at the time) then they would open up that back fitting room. They did! Thanks guys!

I wasn’t crazy about some of the stuff that I bought online, so I brought it back to the store and they made it super easy inconvenient to return.
