This is my second Lay-Z-Boy chair this year. It's a good store with really nice and helpful salespeople.

Very easy purchase, and bless their hearts, they were switching to corporate training the day after I found the chair. Cindy was accommodating and kept me in the loop about everything. My observation was that everyone in the store was trying their level best to provide customer service in a highly stressful changeover.
