“We had an ongoing, months long dispute with the warranty company over a defective couch that we had recently purchased. I tried many times to resolve the issue on my own. but all my efforts failed. I finally became so frustrated that I reached out to Nick, the store manager. At that point my expectations were so low that I thought it was a waste of time for me to pursue the issue. I met Nick at the store and explained my situation and all of the attempts that I had made to resolve the issue. He immediately went to work on my problem and in a few days had not only resolved my issue, he went over and above to make sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied. He introduced me to Michelle who was a big help in choosing another living room set. Another employee, Victoria, was also a big help. I can't say enough about the special treatment we received in the store. Everyone was so kind and helpful, we left completely satisfied.

“Been here on several occasions. It’s a very nice, very clean, very good smelling store! For women they have a ton of luxury goods. For guys it’s a bit underwhelming. It’s pretty much a shop for ladies. But…they carry Filson bags, which is cool. Wish they had some more cool stuff for dudes. Staff are friendly! They’ve got plants and a cool garden section with lots of nice expensive pots, vases, and vessels. There is also a furniture shop. Nothing to complain about at all, very nice place.”
“Was really looking forward to coming here... it was neat, a little smaller than I had imagined. Not as many foreign or exotic items as I was hoping for but definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and looking for items you might not be able to find in your big box stores.”

I picked up a sparkly sunscreen, and I love it! Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.”
“I purchased the Rawcliffe Section from Ashley and everything was great and seamless from ordering to delivery. Troy (salesman) was wonderful, and great at answering questions and helping me choose the perfect piece.
The delivery was excellent and I loved that they sent a tracking link to get a more accurate time frame on the day of delivery. It made it so easy to plan my day and not sit at home wondering all day.
The delivery guys were wonderful and put the furniture together and placed it how we wanted it. It was a great experience.
If you’re shopping for a sectional sofa, 10/10 recommend the Rawcliffe sectional, it is one of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. I look forward to lots of family movie nights!”
“Went here awhile ago. While expensive (because they know exactly what they have), the pieces are phenomenal. I bought an old mantle clock and some shutters (both imported from France) from here and they are stunning. I love the pieces so much and couldn't have asked for a better place to buy from. I'm driving four hours to go back soon and am thrilled to see what they have this time. Check them out, you won't regret it.”

“In 2022, my wife and I purchased an expensive matress from Matress Firm. Our box spring wasn't added to the order and wasn't discovered until delivery. The sales Manager was disorganized and it was a mess. My wife was never a fan of the bed...so...at the recommendation of a family member, we visited your store late on a Monday evening. Maggie welcomed us and patiently waited while we told her everything that was wrong with our current bed. She chose to let us make up our own mind(s) by laying on each matress. She raised and lowered each setting and then let us know which setting took pressure away in our sleep positions. I was at #40. Although we were near closing time, she never rushed us and showed every feature. She also chose not to comment when my big toe found the hole in my sock!!. We made our choice the following day after she sent a text to thank us. After completing the app by phone, we were good to go. She followed up before delivery and everything was perfect.
The delivery guys were awesome and Doug from your Company called to confirm delivery since Maggie was off that day. Great experience...if Maggie runs for Mayor or President, we are Voting for her!!

“The overall experience was good. Easy to find products and shopping. Large wide open aisles. Easy to find pricing. I didn't feel like I was shopping in a warehouse at all like some other Big Box stores. It felt more like a department store than a budget store. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. They have a grocery area and was well stocked. The store was super clean. No shopper employees who pushed the customers out of the way was an amazing experience. The check out there were no long lines of waiting and it was easy at checkout.”
