“I purchased a washer and dryer from Badcock and have had the worst experience with the dryer before the factory warranty went out I had to have it fixed now the dryer is not working again and the EXTRA WARRANTY I bought is NOT what it cut out to be, the warranty company has cancelled 2 appointments to fix it I have been truly inconvenienced in my life having to readjust my time to get my dryer fixed and then for them to tell me they can’t come. I have reached out to the store manager Amanda and she shows no real concern for her customers inconvenience and the warranties they sell to you, and you loose money so my suggestion is not to let them SELL you their WARRANTIES they are USELESS. I have been without my dryer since Nov29,2023. The customer service from the MANAGER is HORRIBLE she gets on the phone with ATTITUDE before you even tell her what you want. I will NEVER make another purchase from this location and will advise FAMILY and FRIENDS not to shop here?…….1/18/24 I am revising my experience, I was contacted by Manager Amanda who was very polite and willing to help me and I am Thankful that she MADE IT RIGHT I will be getting a exchange on my dryer, again Thank you for fixing the Problem, I am now a HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“Love this shop. Last year I bought all my Hanukkah decorations (they have tons of Christmas things too, so don’t worry) and I won the Most Traditional Decorations for Winterfest. I’m beyond excited this upcoming holiday season. I would like more Jewish holiday aspects but they know their customers. I don’t know who runs or manages the store but I’ve always felt warm and welcomed. Fun fact: they are honestly the only store on palafox that changes their window displays. It’s just a lovely store that I hope one day expands (but stays on palafox!)”

“I was a guy who didnt care about home decor, especially the candles. That was all until my fiance at that time went to look at home decor. She had me smell one candle (maple pancake) and I've been hooked ever since. I would love to give Kirkland's 5 stars. I've been to Kirkland's multiple times over the past 2 years searching for that candle. I was told by one of their store reps that they arent asked what sales. The store workers are GREAT! “I got sent lights from West And Arrow and they were absolutely amazing! Did not break on me! The suction from the lights on the wall did not come off and worked perfectly! I absolutely adore these lights and the disco ball as well as the curtain lights. They definitely added a great addition to my room decor and I plan on using more of these in the future for my living room and hallways and any additional rooms I have! They make such a great addition for if you want to host a party and invite guests over! Which I definitely plan on doing now that I have these lights ‼ The disco ball is so cute and I love the size of it and the fact that it has multiple modes along with a remote control for great usage! And the led strip lights come in so many wonderful colors along with certain modes as well which makes it outstanding for picture and video taking. Would definitely use these in my next YouTube video or if I want to shoot a quick Tiktok haha! Thank you guys so much for the great quality of these lights! They are amazing and I am definitely going to recommend to my friends to purchase these exact merchandise of lights instead of the ones from Amazon! “After power surges killed our washer mid-cycle yesterday we needed something fast. Lowes and Home Depot deliveries are minimum a few weeks out. Aarons got us a rental next day. In store staff was helpful, quick and efficient. Delivery staff was even quicker and delivered in the window they stated they would. They even hooked the machine up for me. Thank you for helping us out so quickly when we were in a pinch.As far as pricing goes, we figured that if we decide to keep the washer and pay it off same as cash it would cost nearly the same as putting on Lowes credit card and paying interest and delivery fees.”
