“Love this shop. Last year I bought all my Hanukkah decorations (they have tons of Christmas things too, so don’t worry) and I won the Most Traditional Decorations for Winterfest. I’m beyond excited this upcoming holiday season. I would like more Jewish holiday aspects but they know their customers. I don’t know who runs or manages the store but I’ve always felt warm and welcomed. Fun fact: they are honestly the only store on palafox that changes their window displays. It’s just a lovely store that I hope one day expands (but stays on palafox!)”

“It was my 1st time in the store and it was not what I expected. It had alot of interesting objects for every season and topic at reasonable prices. The staff was nice but you have to ring up your own items and bag them yourself. But, staff is standing by if you need help!”

“World Market is such a “feel good” place to shop. They offer a variety of foodstuffs, home decor, and personal care items. They also carry costume jewelry and the cuties enamel pendants. My last visit, the store was clean and customer service was great. I purchased the most delicious coffee, dark chocolate, soup, and fragrance filled incense.”

“With a 40% off sale on fabric it was a fabulous trip! After being in another fabric store in town my friend found what she wanted at a much better price as well as fabric she hadn't been able to find elsewhere! “I was a guy who didnt care about home decor, especially the candles. That was all until my fiance at that time went to look at home decor. She had me smell one candle (maple pancake) and I've been hooked ever since. I would love to give Kirkland's 5 stars. I've been to Kirkland's multiple times over the past 2 years searching for that candle. I was told by one of their store reps that they arent asked what sales. The store workers are GREAT! I am getting sick of Sunday brunch. LOL.Respectfully from a man who now loves candles.”

“In response to the last review, I was standing there and watched the whole thing unfold. From my perspective, their wifi was down and they couldn't take cards including returns. Taylor kept a smile on her face, but was firm in that the return couldn't happen. She even offered this lady an extended return period. I'm just disgusted at the way people can twist a narrative. I have been to this location, Destin, and countless other Old Time Pottery's and I will say that Taylor has always provided the best customer service. I've never met a happier, more bubbly individual. Her laugh alone is contagious. In fact, she is one of the main reasons I continue to shop in stores. I'm a little old-fashioned and Amazon is not my thing. I have even tried to get her to work for me. I hope this negative review gets removed. I am appalled at the lies.”

“We went to Hanks Furniture in Pensacola to get a new recliner for my husband. His current recliner bit the dust this week; We bought it from Hanks eight years ago and we have other furniture from there, so we are confident and comfortable shopping there. Joshua helped us with our new recliner purchase. He is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. AND, my husband is a Vet, so we got a 10% discount on top of the sale price! “Update: this is still true.For the DIYer, and the professional, Lowe's has classes to teach you how to do it yourself, Lowe's has programs for the professional trades, small business women and men. Craftsman, DeWalt, Kolbalt, Metabo, Bosch, Diablo, Spyder, to name a few of the brands they carry. Plants and outdoor and garden furniture, storage and shelving, packing and shipping materials, pavers, landscaping, concrete, sheetrock, insulation, lighting and electrical, blinds and decor, paint sand caulk, plumbing, flooring and carpets and rugs, Millworks, windows, doors, trim and siding, flashing and roofing, HVAC, decking and plywood and lumber, screws, nails and fasteners, adhesives, truck and worksite secure storage and accessories, gas and electric lawnmower and lawn care equipment, irrigation, grills and griddles, hand and power tools, and more.They've been rearranging the stores lately, so it takes a bit of reorienting yourselves in order to find things, the landmarks changing makes navigating to your intended designation harder. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to do that, but I'm pretty sure they do it so that you go places you didn't intend, on the off chance you'll buy something you didn't come for. Bah! Businesses...”

“I have used the Pensacola Bayou Store on several occasions . Delivery does take a significant period of time and yes there may be damages but i have found the staff, store manager and repair contractor to be attentive, friendly and responsive. I have furnished two homes over the past 4 years and will continue to be a customer. In this day and age nothing is fast and damage in transit occurs. Patience is the key and open communication with the store and its repair contractor. W. Brown”
