“Let me start by saying that prior to taking my daughter's phone to Repair 2 Fix I had been turned away from the Apple store because according to them my daughter's iPhone 13, had water damage, so they tried to upsell me instead of changing the battery which is what I brought it in for.
After a 2 hour wait, wirh no resolution I did quite a bit of research and found Repair to Fix. My husband and I were greeted by the owner, Osnel, who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained that there was absolutely no water damage to the phone, and it simply needed a battery replacement which took a very short amount of time to replace. My husband even explained an issue that he was having with his phone, and Osnel told him that it would be about the same cost to repair it as it would be to purchase a new one. His honesty and service will make us repeat customers!”

“From the minute i met the owner, i could tell she was honest. Her eye contact and energy she gave off was very welcoming and honest. My girlfriend actually came over the day before ( we have phone problems) for an unrelated issue, and recommended i check them out. She gave a price over the phone for what it would to change the port on my phone, the time it would take, etc. When i came in, everything was done as promised. I’ve gone to other AT&T locations for help after dealing with 611 representatives, which unfortunately has been a frustrating experience. In the past, I’ve been told “it’s not our problem” and advised to call 611 again. That was not the case here.
This team truly goes above and beyond. They took the time to help, showed genuine care, and made sure the issue was resolved without passing the buck. This location should absolutely be the standard for both the 611 call center and other local AT&T stores.
