“I am so thankful for the UPS worker named Julian, who went out of his way to help my parents Peter and Yvonne Antoine return their shed through Amazon to Melicon. They had been struggling for weeks because the website would not let them return 2 out of 4 of the boxes. They spoke to many representatives and even went to 3 separate UPS stores, but no one was able or willing to assist them. Julian was patient, kind, and very understanding with them as they are not very tech savvy. He made sure everything was set up properly and that the pickup from their home was completed. They are truly grateful for his help!”

parking was really hard to find. never had an issue with someone checking to see if it was paid for or not though ? .
they have a notary till 7:00 p.m. which is really nice but they charge $10 per signature (free at the bank).”

“I visited this UPS Store on Ponce de Leon recently, and while the staff was helpful enough to get my task done, the facility itself felt quite old and dirty. The interior could definitely use a deep clean and a modern refresh to match the professional standards of Coral Gables. It was 'okay' for a quick drop-off because the service was functional, but the grime made it a less-than-pleasant environment to wait in. If you just need a fast shipping label, it works, but don't expect a pristine storefront.”

“Anita is the best. Very helpful and happy to assist in everything I needed. Earlier in the day I went to UPS store and the service was abysmal. No help and no solutions. No advice and simply told me it was not possible. Anita went above and beyond by configuring my package until it was safe to travel and met the proper standards. She was incredibly friendly the entire time and had solutions for literally every roadblock we encountered throughout the process. It’s obvious she knows her field very well and I strongly recommend her and the business.”

“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store location for a while, and one thing that really stands out lately is the atmosphere inside. There is absolutely no music playing anymore. They used to play good music, and it honestly made the place feel more welcoming and upbeat.
Now, the store feels very quiet and a bit uncomfortable. I genuinely don’t know how the employees can work all day in that environment—it just feels flat. From a customer’s perspective, it even looks like the staff are less upbeat, which is understandable. I truly believe morale and productivity would improve if they were allowed to play some light background music again.
The employees still do their jobs, but the overall vibe could be so much better with something as simple as music. Hopefully management considers bringing it back—it would make a big difference for both staff and customers.”
