“I went back today and after advising the shift manager late last week I was accidentally double charged. They are well-stocked with essentials, and the store is a good place to go to when I need anything from cheese to cat food. They even have things like shampoo, household cleaners, body wash, and some cute bracelets. Prices are slightly more than local supermarket rates, but are fair and not outrageously expensive. The only negative thing in this store is the bathroom, which needs to be cleaner and better maintained.”

“Vape shop review only.Woman was patient and kind when I asked for the price on a disposable.I bought a Elf Bar (Sakura Grape) and she asked me to test it in the shop to make sure it worked since they don’t offer refunds after the fact.I thought that was a really clever and kind way to make sure the customer has a working device since every once in a while these devices are bad fresh out of the package.”

“The horrible reviews of this business need to be taken with way more than a grain of salt because my family has never once had a bad experience with the staff, selection of goods, prices, or cleanliness in the ten years we have been customers. The staff is incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. This store also has items that we can't find at other places within waling distance and the prices are very fair. Not only are they kind and wonderful to customers who also treat them with respect but they were open the morning after Hurricane Helene plowed through our neighborhood. They didn't have to be open during the power outage but they felt is was their duty to help out when so many of us were unable to prepare. They were apologetic when they thought they were taking too long ringing up customers on an app they use when the internet goes out. They were the only ones providing water and food when other businesses were closed. They are vital to our community. The same people who are leaving racist reviews are the same ones we see driving up to the store and being a patron. The people who run this store are valued and respected by those of us who see and appreciate everything that they do.”

Yes, there have been a few "less than excellent" employees (and mgmnt), but in the long-run/bigger picture, they deal with a LOT of "crappy, angry, impatient" people & stressful circumstances! “Hurricane gas!!! If I ran a convenience store that sold gasoline and I had no gasoline I would turn my signs with the prices off! I went to eight different places that had their signs on and this was the only station that I found that had the gasoline between 66th and ulmerton and here! Full disclosure! I did not go in the store but I am familiar with 7-Eleven and their pizzas are phenomenal. But as I said on the first line, I was looking for gasoline right after Ian, And this place did have it!”

“There are days when the staff in the Pharmacy is top-notch. ? Then I will say, probably not to their detriment, more so to the company, that they are understaffed. That prescriptions cannot be filled properly because they are not stocked properly. So you wind up waiting for your prescription longer than you should. I realize that they are overworked, however, they do not need to be rude to their customers. Keep in mind that this is only a few, not all.”

They did not have the color I wanted, and many of the slots were empty that may have contained the right shade, but the clerk on duty was very kind and helpful and together we came up with a solution that worked. He immediately understood the situation, resolved it efficiently, and turned what could have been a negative experience into a genuinely positive one.

What really stood out was how well-spoken, calm, and respectful he was throughout the interaction — qualities that are honestly rare these days. You could tell right away that he takes pride in his work and understands customer service at a very high level.

I’m not sure if Ronald is the store owner or a manager, but either way, 7‑Eleven truly has an asset on their hands. Employees like him make a real difference, and he deserves recognition for it.
