I wanted to take a moment to express how truly impressed I am with the staff at your location in Pinellas park, FL — particularly Courtney and Ansley. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care, especially with children, make this store stand out above all others.

I drive 25 minutes past multiple other Five Below locations just to shop at this one, and it is entirely because of the people who work there. For nearly six months, I was on a mission to find some highly sought-after toys for my kids. I visited countless stores during that time, but your team kept me coming back again and again.

Throughout that journey, I called the store multiple times a week to check on inventory, and not once did I feel like a burden. Every single time, the employees answered with patience and kindness — which means more to me than I can express. That level of consistent, genuine customer service is rare, and it did not go unnoticed.

This location has earned every bit of my loyalty. I will absolutely continue shopping here and recommending it to friends and family. Please make sure Courtney, Ansley, and the entire team know how much their dedication is appreciated — Courtney especially, whose patience and professionalism over the past six months truly made a difference.

“Every time I stop by this Dollar General, I leave impressed—not just by how clean and organized the store is, but by the store manager herself. She knows where everything is, helps customers without hesitation, and you can tell she truly cares about the store and her team. I’ve seen her restocking, answering questions, handling the register—sometimes all at once—and still doing it with a great attitude.

She’s the kind of manager that makes people want to come back. Honestly, Dollar General would be smart to promote her—she’s clearly running things like a pro.”

“I am a loyal and a daily regular to/at the location @ 94th Avenue North & 66th Street North. Everyone who works there, and everyone who shops there are downright friendly; and it's a rarity to not laugh with everyone in line and at the register. Ofcourse, prices are low. Some days, the line is long; but someone usually jumps right in to speed things up (unless they get a big shipment in; even still, they do jump in if things get to moving too slowly, but that's how it goes when it's not some bigass store).”

“Love stopping in to see what they have I find good stuff love my hair products in the electronics dept behind counter good prices guys r nice n help w whatever you need. First day they opened I went in and found a mini garden blower for $1.00 on the dollar day which is now $1.99 what a deal!!! Thank you for staying in the neighborhood!!!”
