“This is my favorite store. I shop here for work clothes, regular clothes, and comfy clothes. I love that the always have sales... Very often everything is 40% off. I especially like their "soft" line for their work clothes. However, the best thing they offer is the Lou and grey brand. Their upstate sweatpants are to die for - I have 6 pairs in different colors. Recently they also have great blazers. I should have gotten the loft card a few years ago before I gradually replaced my entire wordrobe with loft items. High quality and very affordable.”

He was super efficient and thorough. This was on a Saturday evening. The shoes arrived at my home in Kentucky the next Wednesday. This was outstanding service and if in future I want more Naot shoes, I will contact this store rather than order online.”
