3012 James L Redman Pkwy, Plant CityI had never used Berrypatch Veterinary Office before, but I brought my sweet baby, Lilo, there under very difficult circumstances to be humanely euthanized due to her advanced age and serious health conditions.
From the very first phone call, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion. The young lady who answered the phone was patient, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and helping me schedule the appointment. That initial interaction immediately provided a sense of comfort during an emotional time.
Upon arriving at the clinic, the entire staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and sympathetic to the reason for my visit. Throughout the entire process, they checked in on me regularly, ensured I understood every step, and made certain I did not need anything. Their professionalism and empathy far exceeded my expectations.
What truly stood out was the level of care shown even after the appointment. I was deeply touched to receive a sympathy card signed by the staff, each message expressing kindness and care for Lilo. They also took the time to make paw print impressions for me to keep as a lasting memory of her, which meant more to me than words can express.
I am sincerely grateful to the entire team at Berrypatch Animal Clinic for guiding me through such a difficult moment with dignity, compassion, and respect. I highly recommend this veterinary office, and when I am ready to welcome another pet into my life, I will absolutely return. Thank you for your outstanding care and exceptional customer service.

Who offers verbal advice and support immediately… who stops what he is doing to help… this is the Dr you want for your beloved pets. Dr. Bailey might not be the cheapest in town but ? the best. He saved my poodle’s life. He didn’t have to spend his Sunday saving my animal but he DID! I am thankful and grateful for Dr Bailey & his service!

Natalia trained our blind, 2 yr old Great Dane (Rolex) and Grace trained our 8 mo old Great Dane pup, Poppy. We just got Poppy back from Grace after 4 weeks and she is a different dog. MUCH more responsive, especially with the recall, which was a HUGE issue prior to training. Most importantly, she retained her happy-go-lucky, sweet baby girlness. It is very clear to me that dogs LOVE their trainers.

It was cooked fresh and hot, and OMG, the fried outside of that chicken makes my mouth water just thinking about it now. The ladies that helped me were also very kind and friendly.
