From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and clearly loves what they do. Most importantly, my puppy came out happy, comfortable, and looking absolutely adorable! The groom was amazing—the cut was exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. It's always reassuring to know your fur baby is in good hands, and that's exactly how I felt here. We will definitely be back! I really should've taken a before picture.

He got his bath 3 days ago and he still smells just as fresh as when I picked him up. Super friendly staff. Amazing price too! Highly highly recommend. Furry Friends Retreat
10621 Tucker Jones Road, RiverviewI’m super happy with Furry Friends Retreat, and my experience with them was amazing. We had an emergency we had to fly out of town for, so I was scrambling the day before, desperately trying to find somewhere to board my 3-year-old, 9 pound Maltese. I called Furry Friends the day before we had to leave (less than 24 hours notice) and it was literally the easiest conversation ever. No jumping through hoops, no emergency fee, no list of questions. They do have specific hours for drop-off/pick-up, but they were more than happy to work with my schedule, I just needed to call/text and let them know when I was on my way. They were also able to groom/de-mat/nail dremel him while he was there. Everything from the phone call, drop-off, and pick-up was so quick and easy, and the owner is super responsive. I had forgotten to tell them exactly how I wanted him groomed, so I appreciate the fact that they actually called to ask me, instead of just winging it.
You can tell everyone working there was a huge animal lover and I felt super comfortable trusting them with my Maltese for 3+ days. The affordability was also second-to-none for the days he was there and the grooming he received. I will absolutely use them again for boarding, grooming and any other service my pup may need. Thank you Furry Friends owner & team!

I have a 5-month-old German Shepherd, and I know how difficult it can be to find a veterinarian you truly love and trust. I rarely come across veterinary offices with such consistently high ratings, but after my visit to Four Paws, I completely understand why they receive so much praise.
From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They immediately acknowledged me, and you could tell they genuinely had such positive energy.
Dr. Brock was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and patient, which is exactly the kind of energy you want when bringing in a puppy. The way she spoke to me and handled my puppy was so caring and reassuring. It was immediately clear that she genuinely loves animals and knows exactly how to make them feel comfortable.
Now, Brandy, the veterinary technician who assisted us, deserves a special shoutout of her own! My puppy, Suki, was absolutely obsessed with her. Brandy is everything I could ever hope for in a vet tech. She was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and compassionate, and you could tell that she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about helping animals.
She made Suki feel so comfortable, but she also made me feel reassured as a puppy parent. That means more than I can explain. Having someone who is not only skilled at their job but also so loving and patient makes such a huge difference.
I sincerely hope Brandy receives the recognition she deserves, because she is a huge part of the reason I will now be a forever client of Four Paws! Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit such a wonderful experience.

The whole staff is incredible! They have worked with us and been there during some difficult times, and we have had, and still have pups with attitude.
We just adopted 2 beagles from a rescue, and Big Bend Animal Hospital, were the first people we called, to give them a heads up.
The snout program really helps when you have multiple animals. This is not insurance, but something to spread out the reg treatment and care over the yr, instead of hitting your wallet at once. Of course there are things that aren’t covered in the program, but it makes those unplanned events easier to deal with.

Very sweet and amazing staff, thank you to Ms Ellie and Ms Jay and the whole team for caring for my fur-baby. The place is always clean and my cat has never come back with fleas. I always appreciate their phenomenal level of care and dedication. My cat is a sensitive, anxious, and occasionally spicy girl, and despite all of that, they do their best to make sure she has a comfortable stay at the House. Thank you!!! ❤

We ordered the duck, and it was so crispy and so perfect and the curry was so amazingly flavorful. My husband had drunken noodles, which is the best he’s ever had. We also ordered pork fried rice, which was lightly flavorful and just perfect. It wasn’t overpowered by soy and had the most wonderful aromatic scents. I tried to get my son to eat the mango sticky rice but he wasn’t brave enough to try it with the sesame seeds on top, but it was definitely interesting. Had a lot of similarities to mochi. Very happy with my order and we will be back again soon.

My husband just loves their spicy Guntur Masala Dosa and I'm a fan of the Sukha Goat Biryani. This time on Sujatha's recommendation we also tried the Chicken Majestic Biryani. Not disappointed at all! Now my problem is how to eat all that in one shot... Just wish they were closer to Central Florida.
