Made a reservation last night for 11 am.. got there at 113:0 and the 10 foot truck wasn’t there. She offered me a cargo van down by the airport .. or to wait 1.5 hours for one to come from BoyntonZ no apology no nothing . Horrible customer service!! Do not come here

Reserved a truck for 8am, 8:15 gates and store still locked, no answer of the phones, another family waiting in the parking lot as well. Looked silly to my client for having an obligation for a job and needed a truck. Talk about complete joke. Don’t even waste your time here unless you’re driving by

The service that I received from Leslie was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I called to get information on the extra charges that was charged to my account Leslie hung up the phone on me twice as a property manager who deal with customers at all time that was unacceptable.
