“Usually have great experience here. If making returns, the process of making them for Amazon is a lot smoother now. Despite always being very busy, they're usually able to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time all while maintaining great customers service.”

“Every time I go into this UPS store, Carlos has helped me. I have to say he is so calm and knowledgeable. That’s a young lady that works there as well. Usually when Carlos is there and she is also very hopeful. The only thing I don’t like about this UPS store is the 24 characters you have to use simply to send something to your printer.”
