“Usually have great experience here. If making returns, the process of making them for Amazon is a lot smoother now. Despite always being very busy, they're usually able to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time all while maintaining great customers service.”

When I went in to ship the printed materials along with several other items, Kathy, the assistant manager, was absolutely amazing. She patiently helped me pack everything and made the entire process so easy, even though I had both of my children with me. Kathy is genuinely kind, patient, and helpful—she truly made my day! Usually when Carlos is there and she is also very hopeful. The only thing I don’t like about this UPS store is the 24 characters you have to use simply to send something to your printer.”
“I had to go and find an old school phone charger plug for my 82-year-old mother who had fallen and broken her hip. She needed something to charge her phone and the salesperson who was there literally worked two different customers at the same time without making neither one of us feel put out that he was multitasking. It had been a rough day and his simple act of multitasking and getting me out of the store quickly made my day a little better.”
