“Christian was amazing! He helped me transfer over from xfinity mobile. This was a long process (more on xfinity side). Christian had so much patience with me in getting my account started! After he got me up and running he was able to transfer my husband’s number too. Such a wonderful experience ! He had amazing customer service 10 out of 10 would recommend !! The other gentleman there was very helpful too ! I couldn’t remember his name. Thank you for making this process painless and easy!”

“Ever since I had a bad experience at another T-Mobile, I’ve been coming to this location instead. I recently bought a new phone and tried to transfer my data myself but ended up messing it up. When I came into the store, it was quiet and I was greeted right away by three employees. Bree helped me out and took care of the transfer with no problem. She was friendly and professional. The other two guys working at the time were also helpful and welcoming. This is probably my fourth or fifth visit here and it’s always been a good experience. The last time I was in, another employee helped me and set me up with a tablet that’s been working great. Overall, this store has consistently given me good service and I’ll keep coming back.”

“My phone dropped and the screen broke making half of it unuseable. JELLY was amazing as she worked thru the process to get my old phone info transferred to the new one. She went above and beyond with patience and humor. She deserves kudos for excellent customer service. All TMobile representatives should take a few pointers from her, although every rep we have talked to there has been helpful and friendly. My only recommendation, add seating please.”

“This place is very busy they never have enough staff there. Any time i go there its 1 to 2 hours . all the chairs are hard wood and NO cushion. was 21 people in there. 2 working and one checking people in and asking whats wrong. they do good just need more help”
