“Liked walking around, I was asked if I needed help but I wanted to find what I was looking for on my own; which I did. With that being said, the place is well organized.”

“At Ace Hardware store number 16954 Robbie is an excellent sales person. He found me to help out whereas at Lowe’s or Home Depot floor help hides from me Robbie knew exactly where to find all of my requests, which would’ve taken me much longer. Hats off to Robbie and Ace Hardware”

“I searched all over town for special 1”x5” bolts but found them here for a third of the Amazon price. I was so happy about it that I even spent an extra $150 on fishing and grilling gear.”

“This 5 Star Review is for the long tenure and service of a man named Pat! A great and helpful salesman that I hear has retired. If you know the construction industry you know it can be tough. It can make you tough and can harden you. Pat, I hope you are enjoying your retirement! I personally appreciate you and your successful career in the industry! To me, you were instrumental in this company, and what it is today.”

“Very nice guys to deal with. They helped me properly determine and purchase the materials I needed to do some irrigation repairs and maintenance. I am not a professional, just a homeowner so it’s super helpful to have this place in town. I’ll never go back to Home Depot for irrigation supplies again!”

“Well where do I start, this local distributor has been insurmountable when it comes to customer service. When I had customers down and couldn’t get parts in, Ty C. Came to the rescue on a Sunday even! Show me or tell me where any other store or rep would even fathom to come to the rescue like this! That is a person and team that has ethics and morals about doing the right thing and making sure no family suffers in emergency situations. Winsupply and especially Ty C. have been instrumental in our growth and how we do business. This is what I call an A-Team. When you are a dealer of theirs you will never be let down or disappointed. Keep up the great work guys!!! We can’t thank you enough for being our partners!!!!????”

“This store is generally very busy. The staff is friendly, helpful, and doesn't pretend that you're invisible. There's a great selection of lumber and tools. Generally, if I'm looking for a specific household item, for repair or upgrade, I can find it at this store.”

“Our central air conditioning unit died around 7pm. It turned out to be an electrical condenser. I went on line and saw Home Depot actually had a replacement. Also they closed late so I was able to run over there and get the replacement and after installing it our AC was back to life. This time of year it's good to know this company stocks this part (Lowes doesn't). Way to go Home Depot.”

“Tonight we drove and hour and a half just to go to this Home Depot. Excellent customer service and even though there is one 30 minutes closer we still love the employees at the McCall Road Store.”

“Today I came into look for a hanging basket for my new fern and I was a little lost looking for what I was looking at online. Thankfully I ran into sales employee Rich and he was very helpful. He actually was in the middle of doing something else yet was super nice to help me. I also was helped by another employee when I was looking at hooks for the ceiling but sadly I didn't get his name. I had a great experience and I wanted to write this review. Lowes in Port Charlotte is my go to especially the garden center. It's always nice and clean and organized. Thanks again!”

“Customer service at Port Charlotte store Kudos 👏 💐 great customer service Don and Dalia in the garden center. From the friendly greeting from Dalia and helping find someone to help me with what I was looking for, and when Don came up to help me, he ask what I was looking for, walked me over to the product and helped me with loading the cart and loading my car with a great attitude. I will be back for all my gardening needs. Thank you both for a job well done”
