“We rented a ryder truck and picked it up at the Port Charlotte Home Depot We were driving over 1000 miles in a 16 foot truck pulling a car carrier with a car on to Elkton Md Neil from the tool rental showed us how to hook up the trailer and told us what to look for and was very patient and kind. “This was the first time visiting the store to have a few windows re-screened. The staff were very personable and professional during my visit. I was impressed with the variety of inventory and pricing compared to other retail businesses.
After some perusing, I completed a ticket to have two (2) windows re-screened. I was told the screener wouldn’t return for a few days which wasn’t a big deal. However, I received a call the next day saying the screens were completed.
I arrived at the store and met the screener, Gregg, who was super positive and energetic. The screens came out amazing so I asked if he (Gregg) could build me 2 additional screens. Without hesitation, he completed a ticket and said they would be done the next day. Needless to say, he didn’t let me down and they were completed the following day. They look amazing!
I would like to commend the staff, especially Gregg, for their exemplary customer service and professionalism. Keep up the great work!
