“Our central air conditioning unit died around 7pm. It turned out to be an electrical condenser. I went on line and saw Home Depot actually had a replacement. Also they closed late so I was able to run over there and get the replacement and after installing it our AC was back to life. This time of year it's good to know this company stocks this part (Lowes doesn't).

Came to the rescue on a Sunday even! Show me or tell me where any other store or rep would even fathom to come to the rescue like this! “We rented a ryder truck and picked it up at the Port Charlotte Home Depot We were driving over 1000 miles in a 16 foot truck pulling a car carrier with a car on to Elkton Md Neil from the tool rental showed us how to hook up the trailer and told us what to look for and was very patient and kind. Just 2 older ladies making a big move. Thank you Neil for all your help and patience:)!!! Everyone was nice Neil is who we dealt directly with !!!!We are home safe with our truck load!!!”

“Today I came into look for a hanging basket for my new fern and I was a little lost looking for what I was looking at online. Thankfully I ran into sales employee Rich and he was very helpful. He actually was in the middle of doing something else yet was super nice to help me. I also was helped by another employee when I was looking at hooks for the ceiling but sadly I didn't get his name. I had a great experience and I wanted to write this review. Lowes in Port Charlotte is my go to especially the garden center. It's always nice and clean and organized. Thanks again!”
