“Hello, first of all, I would like to say I’ve met a gentleman at the store. His name is Khalil and I have to tell you the young man is a phenomenal, hard-working gentleman delightful always smiling always encouraging one another to have a nice day. I’ve been coming to the store for about 23 years and I done had my share of sales representatives, but he is by far one of the best that I’ve seen the stores always clean smelling good he’s always nice to every customer that comes in. I just wanted you guys to know that myself and others who haven’t spoken up for him is greatly appreciated of him.”
“I cannot stress enough how incredible this Walgreens is and their photo department. My husband recently passed away at a young age and I needed some pictures specially done ASAP the day before his funeral. The young man who helped me was absolutely incredible, kind and so sympathetic to my situation. He was truly an angel and I was so blessed to have him help me. All the employees here are extremely pleasant it’s very refreshing to receive such a wonderful customer service because I feel like that’s a lacking in so many places these days.”

“April was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond for me right before midnight. I wanted to get a picture blown up and printed out of a NASCAR driver I met and wanted to get it autographed by him the following morning. Not only did April help me get the proper size and formatting, but even helped me with the concept of having the driver write out the autograph to me in the white space. She made sure that I wasn't going to leave until it was right! The patience she had with me was so admirable. She is a blessing! Thank you, April!”

Maybe a few years ago but not in the last year that I’ve been going.
My toddler seems to be prone to catching any and every sickness that anyone has. & it’s always the most inconvenient times when the pharmacy is either REALLY busy or about to close. Yet Jerry is always able to take care of us.
Tonight was no exception. I went in 25 minutes before closing just to see if there was any possibility of getting my toddlers prescription that was sent in an hour before. I knew there was a big chance it might not be possible and I wasn’t going to argue or make my case because I saw how busy they were.
However, the person up front was super kind and understanding of my toddlers age and the pharmacist Jerry ( who is always top tier nice/understanding) was able to expedite it for me.
I do not expect in the future for that to happen and I will never assume that will happen again. But Jerry is always really great at working with me even when I’m sure it’s crazy on his end.
I just want to say how much I appreciate him and the team. As a mom, it’s really hard to see my kids suffer and being able to rely on my pharmacy is huge.
Thank you again. ( I think the pharmacists name is “ Jerry” if not then I’m sorry! )”
