“this is definitely one of the better ross locations i’ve been to. they had a really big selection with plenty of options to look through, and the store was clean, organized, and easy to shop without everything feeling crowded or messy. the staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. checkout was simple, and parking was easy and convenient too. overall, this location felt much more put together than some of the other ross stores i’ve visited, and i’ll definitely be coming back again!”
“Well stocked, clean and all the registers are manned by associates, not customers. Bring a jacket. It's always freezing in the store. They also have limited return options. Silly to send customers to a super Walmart.”

“Good selection and ended up with way more than we were looking for. But the highlight by far was our cashier, Isabelle! She was so fun and had a wonderful sense of humor. She even had a little dance prepared for us to offer us a store credit card!! Never seen that before! Unfortunately had to refuse but the attempt was valiant. Keep up the 11/10 customer service experience Isabelle! Thank you for having fun at your job and putting a smile on our faces!”
“Specifically sephora in kohls!!! I dont care for the clothing they have available at kohls right now but the sephora store is great! Very sweet staff, I signed up for the free rewards program and even got a belated birthday freebie!! 2 actually. Very very sweet front counter lady!! Didn't catch her name but I was thankful she informed me of the birthday deal!!”
