Walgreens is a clean, well-stocked, and orderly store offering most everything for everyday needs, including health and beauty products, limited groceries, and photo printing. The store itself is very nice with convenient early and late hours. Many staff members are pleasant, helpful, and polite, with an excellent pharmacist noted. However, significant issues are reported with the pharmacy service. The automated phone line is totally broken, leading to extremely long hold times and disconnections. Notifications for ready prescriptions are not sent. The drive-thru and pharmacy can experience very long waits, sometimes over 30 minutes, and medications may not be available, with some staff appearing overwhelmed or providing poor customer service. There is a noted shortage of pharmacy techs. While the manager has been helpful, some staff members do not seem to care or use customer service skills.
Not sure who the manager is or who does the hiring but seriously what is the problem with the pharmacy. Hire more people. You can stand in line for 30 minutes plus. Something has to be done.

😝😝 bathroom out of order 👎 i couldn’t buy anything because of the bathroom 🤦♀️
