“Last night My wife and I stopped by to p/u a few items.
When we walked back to our vehicle, this young man “Mohamed” an employee of Sprout Farmers Market ran out of the store towards me with an item in his hand. Frantically asking if I forgot to bag and take that item at the register. I told him it wasn’t mine and so he ran off and searched the entire parking lot trying to find the person who forgot that item left behind. It was an unusual and sureal act of kindness and honesty of him. Therefore, I asked for his name and told him I would write a nice review about his amazing act. There aren’t many people today like this, especially in the younger generation. I hope this store recognizes this young man and holds on to him at this job.”

You will get most of the products that are more expensive than in other supermarkets. That is, when they put products on sale it is worth buying. They have the Wester service and you can also buy here in any order. Lottery numbers and get a little money through payment at the cashier. $75 is the maximum for each purchase. If I remember correctly, but how frustrating it is to buy in these establishments.”
“Remember this face and name "Shettleton" the next time you want the best customer service and cuts of meat. Pinecrest Milam's was my fourth and final stop after visiting and calling three other butchers. I was either told they did not have a small size of brisket or tried to sell me on another cut of meat altogether. Frustrated, I headed over to Milam's. They have everything and are always helpful. As soon as I walked up to meat counter, I was politely greeted by Shettleon. He listened patiently and asked all the right questions. I described exactly what I had in mind. He asked me to give him a moment. When he returned, in his hands was the most beautiful brisket. The size and description were exact as though I had showed him a picture. He is wonderful. :). Thank you also to the gentleman waiting in line for his helpful cooking tips.”

“Stopped by Olive Tree Market today - they have a wide range of spices and harder to find goodies. I got Lebanese Labneh, a big jar of Zaatar, orange blossom water, pomegranate molasses. I wanted to stop by to get their fresh bread that I saw in the reviews, but they said they do that on Fridays so I’ll be back! This is a family run shop and when I was describing the bread to the mother she pulled out a small batch of meat pies from the fridge for me - she was so kind. I just heated one up on the fry pan and ate it for dinner and it was sooo delicious. They went out of their way to help me find the ingredients I was looking for and they even helped me carry my groceries to the car. I’ll be back on a Friday for the fresh bread and more yummies. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and yummy treats”

“I call it my Publix, I like the meat department and vegetables, easy to walk and find what I’m looking for, the guys that work there are very nice and helpful. The international department a little poor and the cheese department as well. Bread had become a disaster, I used to love it, but since now it’s biological engineered, it is the end for me. Beer and liquor it’s ok, deli department needs to be more tidy. Some of the cashiers are very nice, some are not so. In general it’s a good place, some prices are very high others are moderate.”

However, the person assisting me initially said it couldn’t be done and later refused to make the second sandwich due to a lack of mayonnaise.
This is where Tobías stepped in—not only with a solution, but with remarkable professionalism and kindness. Instead of allowing the situation to escalate into a negative experience, he took full ownership with a calm and courteous approach. He reassured me that my order could be fulfilled, seamlessly took over, and personally prepared my sandwiches with care. When he realized an ingredient was missing, he didn’t hesitate to take action—he went to the storage area himself to retrieve the necessary sauce, ensuring my order was made correctly.
