“I needed to mail a letter to my aunt in Ohio. This post office at 6706 N. Nebraska Ave in Tampa is the closest one to my place. Paolo was very helpful, smiled. He explained that certified mail would cost me over $7 , so I opted to standard mail at 78 cents. There was no wait at all , no line. I got in and out quickly.”

“Hats off to the postal workers. Where else can you send a letter 3,000 miles away for the cost of a postage stamp? Nowhere but the post office. They work hard delivering our mail and packages in a timely manner. And the job cannot be all that great, they get attacked by dogs sometimes. Who needs that? You do a fine job post office. They saw I was in distress with the cost of how much everything was going to cost & instead of dismissing me that started giving me options to decrease the cost of the box I was shipping. Cha even went as far to pack the box for me to fit everything and gave me a Xmas bow as they were gifts. Great service!!”

“Most of the time i usually go up to the big counter, this last time I didnt, I had a very unusual experience with the one guy who worked the side desk Wenesday. Or lack there of. Wasn't helpful at all. He seemed bored, noone else was there in line and yet i felt rushed so he could go back to doing nothing. The other staff are usually great.”
