Whoever the lady was working at this location on September 23 she did a great job. She was working by herself around lunchtime and she was handling everything so well. The location was very busy, but she managed to help everybody in a timely and efficient manner.

I live downtown and have used this location several times to mail out small packages. No issues and usually pretty cheap with Media Mail. My packages get to recipients on the estimated delivery date. Just make sure to go in the middle of the day if you can to avoid waiting or being rushed.
