“Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”

“I don't know why the Cocoa Commons UPS Store doesn't have a better review summary, we've been using this store since it opened and have never had a problem! They are all very nice and helpful... great people!
Customers should not expect to have their stuff properly packaged for free! If you can't do it right, or can't be bothered to look up how, then you should expect to pay something to have them do it for you.”
