“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“Wrecking a vehicle can be so upsetting. This place has it all together and they are very organized. The staff was impeccable in communicating with me the entire time that we had their vehicle. The vehicle was a very modern one and served us perfectly during the repair of our wrecked vehicle. Turning the vehicle in took just minutes and that was refreshing- as I have had long wait experiences at other places.”
“I wouldn't expect anything less than the 5 star service I received from Enterprise. Whether it's from PBI or this location on North Military Trail; same fabulous red carpet treatment. Nick and the rest of the staff did their very best to accommodate me during the busiest holiday traveling weekend of the year. They found me a car and a free upgrade; the team even allowed me to extend the rental. Thank you Enterprise for an all star holiday trip!!!”

“Update - the GM called me and she is going to address the incident. I’m changing this review from 1 star to 5 stars because of the GM and her professionalism. She turned this negative situation into a positive. Thank you.
I would give zero star if I could. I’m extremely upset with my experience at Hertz due to the very poor customer service by Sandra. She upsell my prepaid car rental and when I questioned the amount and I reiterated that I was OK with my original reservation. She said it was just a “hold” and not worry about it. Well guess what it was an upsell. I went back to see her and she “never” apologized once. She kept repeating that I signed it but I signed it because she told it was a hold and it would automatically cancelled/refunded. She didn’t say it was an upgrade.
In summary, she was very defensive and rude. She eventually exchanged my car to the original reservation. She conveniently received a personal call and ignored me for the rest of the transaction. The General Manager should address Sandra’s lack of customer service and her way of upselling without clearly telling the customer.
I shared my comments and concerned when I checked out the car with Leticia. By the way, she was extremely nice.”

I needed an 8 seater for a trip, and Herminio was able to insure I got it. The van was in very good condition and the trip was smooth. I will definitely rent from here again.”
“After having a second home in Florida and traveling from NY at late hours it is very hard to find a good car rental company. Edwin has exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions and always makes my experience a positive one. I never wait for shuttle when arriving at PBI, always have a clean and safe car, and never feel like I'm signing my life away with being pressured into bying insurance that's is not needed when you have proper coverage from your car insurance. EDWIN is the main reason I keep coming back because he knows how to really take care of a client. I will always book with EDWIN as he makes our travel stress free.

“Great Experience. Everything went quick and smooth. Shuttle was fast and easy, they dropped us off at our spot, and away we went. Returning was a little tricky, the signage for car rental return at PBI isn't the best; they have arrows indicating Car Rental Returns to the right and then you hit a traffic circle with no signs ??? At 5:15am you need better directions, and Google Maps didn't help either ! This is not the fault of Dollar; they were great !”

“I had a great experience at the Royal Palm office. Service rep at the counter was nice, fast, and professional. SUV was CLEAN and NEW 2024 Jeep Wagoneer L. I LOVED IT!!!! ♥️ Rohan was very kind and polite when showing us our rental. I would recommend this location for it’s exceptional customer service and professionalism.”
