“Remember when you could walk into a hardware store and actually get help? That's exactly what you'll find at Rocky's Ace Hardware. After one too many trips to the chaos and frustration that seem to have become the norm at the big box stores, this place was a breath of fresh air. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping you find what you need. A special shout-out to Larry, Lucas, and Robert. These guys are the tops! They went above and beyond with customer service and reminded me why locally focused hardware stores still matter. If you're tired of the endless aisles, lack of assistance, and general circus that can be Home Depot these days, Rocky's is absolutely worth the drive. This is what a hardware store should be.”

“I was very impressed with the technical knowledge this company has about various systems. I urgently needed a self serve car wash system with recycle and filtration system after I receive a warning from an EPA inspection. The rep asked the right questions and returned with a quote with 1 hour. I ordered it the next day since I needed it. The filtration system was readily available and it shipped out right away. The car wash system shipped a couple of week later. I am very pleased with the performance of the equipment and will buy parts and other things from this company. Big THANK YOU!”
