“Needed 2 tires. Called them, arrived in 15 minutes after the guy was friendly on the phone. Pulled up, got 2 new tires replaced and paid all in about 30 minutes. The workers are very hard working and take their job seriously. Prices were good too. The same tires at a chain tire and brakes store across from Walmart was almost 140$ more expensive. Southshore is a good little place. Highly recommend”

“Left Sun City Center after a lunch for work and while driving down SR674 en route to Sebring for visiting another customer I caught something in my rear tire causing a total flat about a mile from this shop. Tried plugging it myself but the hole was just too big. Also tried calling around to the other local shops for 30+ minutes looking for a replcaement tire before I decided to limp my car up the street to this shop and hope they could throw on a tire patch to get me back to Orlando.. This group of guys were great and I cannot thank them enough! See the other negative reviews here about them not having a phone..... but that doesn't have anything to do with being able to work on and fix your car if you happen to be in a pinch 100 miles from home on a work day. Quick service, great communication, reasonable prices for the work done, I have NO COMPLAINTS!!!. If you're in the area and need some help with your car, it might be beneficial for you to swing by this place and talk to them being they don't have a phone. Thank you again for helping me getting home!”

“Not my regular auto mechanics, but had to stop somewhere today. Brake light has been on since at least Thursday, the last day I was in my car, without noticing the brake light being on. Today is Saturday. Went to Mavis Tires and Keith S. was my mechanic. Thought I had to replace a rear bulb on the passenger side as well, per a warning from a deputy. Switch was replaced and somehow the bulb didnt need to be replaced. Keith brought me back to show me that everything was now in working order. He said it was a 5 minute fix and wished me a great day. I won't leave my main mechanics but if I need something on a weekend, Mavis Tires, in Wimauma, is where I will be going. Thanks Keith!”
