“How sad that today's communication between company and customer is reduced to bytes and bits. In March we gave a down payment in the amount of $1500 for an order of hurricane shutters. We heard nothing from the company for 5 months. Were they still in business? Were they legitimate? Did they abscond with our money? These anxieties would have been unnecessary had a company representative contacted us to let us know what was happening. We finally contacted Better Business Bureau in Florida who got immediate response from the company and a promise of date of delivery of the shutters. We were, of course, greatly relieved and we are most appreciative of our West Florida BBB. Kudos, thanks and huzzahs to each of their helpful, responsive, pleasant employees.”

“I have an iPhone 12 that’s 3 years old. The speaker went out Sunday and couldn’t hear anything! I realized today that I had to take it for repair. The first place I found was Carliphone which is in a great location to my residence. I’m glad I called! Their repair prices are very reasonable and my phone was repaired in a hour! Plus I had a new battery replacement and was given a discount for multi services. Anna was very friendly and helpful. I am so grateful and happy with Carliphone and recommend them to be your first choice if you need your phone serviced! They have a wide selection of quality phone cases, ear buds, Bluetooth speakers, chargers, smartwatches, etc also at reasonable prices. Thank you sooo much Carliphone!”

The organization of the store is impressive, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I needed. The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable, which made my visit all the more enjoyable.

“Went in today to have my cell phone screen repaired only to find out my protective cover was cracked and the glass was fine. Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. They also sell electric bikes, these small independent stores are the best!!! Highly recommended!!!!”

“I spoke with Tyler at the Clearwater, Florida Verizon Store at Countryside Mall last month regarding a bill that was increasing over the past several months. Tyler spent some time going over my account looking for the reasons for the increases and ways to affect a positive change.
Today, I went back to the Mall to thank Tyler for making the changes as my bill this month is significantly lower. Upon opening my account he noted another temporary small deduction that further reduces my bill.

“I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”
