After repeatedly having a bit bad experience with AT&T representative in multiple location finally, I got a referral to Ashley in Beachwalk, which I traveled all the way from the Northside and trust me. It was well worth the one hour trip. She took care of everything and more, including the her partner Jonathan. 🫡
