“Dropped PS5 off in the morning for HDMI port repair also USB port, had it done by the end of the day with very very good price. And showed me when I picked it up the ports worked properly. Very happy overall with everything. Though I went to put a disc in my drive and it's not working. “Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

Not only did she have several other customers in the store after 730pm, but she was beyond understanding and helpful to me when I desperately needed her help so late in the day. She was kind and patient, she resolved my problem as quickly as she could while juggling other clients, and her humor and personality really brightened up a bad night for me. She stayed almost 30m after closing making sure my new phone line was properly connected.

After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! “The pharmacy department team was the kindest and most helpful one I’ve been to. They were handling a large number of customers with varying issues with grace and efficiency. I normally use the one on Central and 66th and they tend to be rude and less interested in answering questions and are disorganized. New employees all the time it seems. Trasure Island Store has a lot of selection in a smaller store but well stocked. I would use them over my neighborhood store anytime.”

“I stopped in to pick up a couple items there Is an employee her name is Angelique. What made her so special is that she's washing the front window (yuck job) yet she greeted me with a warm smile as I was walking in. I wanted a snack, She took the time to assist me. I settled on the breakfast croissant. She warmed it up for me. I didn't even have to ask.
And then I get my ring caught on my shirt. I'm struggling to untangle it. She came around the counter and helped me. Angelique made my experience at the store so Wonderful. She is the type of employee and person that makes you want to come back. Angelique you are the cats meow!!!”
