“Diana provided exceptional service! Edit to add- went Saturday 9/12/26: Daria was also very helpful with multiple packages I had to deliver- both these workers deserve huge raises! In the 12 years I have been using UPS delivering thousands of packages- she was the first and only person to actually help me carry the large number of packages and help with the door. This is truly exceptional and gets 5 stars please give this employee a raise . Also helps you can park near the store and drop off!”

When I went into this Amscot location, Brandon provided excellent customer service. He listened carefully to my situation and explained everything clearly. “This store could not mail a package I had that contained my father’s cremated remains. Due to Regulations…However They were able to package it up for us as well as some small urns and picture frames. The UsPs lost this package for a number of days….and I was so worried that maybe I hadn’t secured things correctly. I just received the box and I can not express how much I apprieciate the employee at this store. When I went to open the box… that was damaged, the contents were secured in the most efficient way. Each item packed separately and securely. Literally it could have went skydiving and stayed intact. Thank you so much!”

“Very pleased with using Goin' Postal St. Pete for college engineering honor society apparel and swag! Simply emailed the shop and Shannon, the manager, worked to make the order happen. Very quick turn around time and much more affordable--but still professional looking--options available than on Custom Ink and other similar online services. Shannon even took time to tweak the one of the images so it would print and embroider cleanly on the tote bags and baseball caps!”
“Simply they do what they need to do well. Recently had a shipment delivered there as mu ups driver likes to deliver after 8pm and get creative where he puts the box. Box was there, picked up quickly, nice employee. Sometimes the manager gets a critism, but they do a tremendous quantity of packages. They answer questions, helpful to where. they are allowed to be. Remember it's a business separate FROM UPS and they have to rub it like a businesd.”
