I’ve bought two pairs of shoes from them so far, and each time I was met with extremely caring and knowledgeable folks who helped me find the perfect pair.Additionally, Feet First has a 30 day guarantee on their shoes for any time you have buyer’s remorse.I also want to share a small anecdote that demonstrates the nature of this store. I have a pair of Shokz OpenRun headphones, but I lost the proprietary charger when I moved here. I asked the person running the store if they sold the charger for these headphones since they sell the headphones themselves. They unfortunately did not sell them, but the woman gave me one of her extra chargers at no cost. Wow!They have my business for life!”

“Recently I was visiting in St Petersburg and wandered into this store looking for Naot shoes. Dean assisted me. The color I wanted was not available, he said he would order it. He was super efficient and thorough. This was on a Saturday evening. The shoes arrived at my home in Kentucky the next Wednesday. This was outstanding service and if in future I want more Naot shoes, I will contact this store rather than order online.”
