“My Honda Accord stalled in the highway. The check engine lighyt started blinking and the car was losing power. Luckily I was near an exit. I had the car towed to this location. They found out it was the fuel pump which is on recall but Honda has limited supply of them. The service at the dealership was excellent but it a shame Honda decided to gamble with people's safety by not having this issue resolved.”

“I am not normally a person that writes reviews, but I was compelled to do so because I wanted to share my experience with others. I am a single dad on a fixed budget, so when my F150 needed some major work, I was stressed that I was not going to be able to afford it. My truck is my lifeline to my life and my child's life. I brought my truck and spoke with Addison Wood. He originally quoted me $1700 for all of the work that need to be done. Because I need my truck, I agreed to the work. When I picked up my truck, I was only charged less that $500. Addison knew I was on a fixed budget and was able to help me out so that I did not have to go into debt to get my truck fixed. I work for a company where Customer Service is very important, so I recognize it when I see it. I could not stress it enough....Addison Wood made me feel like more than a customer.
