“I was hesitant to bring my packages but glad I did. On Saturday I had 8 large and somewhat heavy boxes and Mae was awesome. She helped me with all the shipping and everything was smooth. Monday came and I had to change the shipping to address with no help from UPS. Mae was able to get the boxes shipped to the new address and called me to confirm. All boxes arrived when they were supposed to. Thank you Mae or all the help.”

“I went into this UPS for the first time the other day and I can’t express enough how pleased I am with not only the customer service but the caliber of people that they had working there Candace is the one that helped me with my whole shipping ordeal and trust me it wasn’t a typical shipment I had a 6x4 tac box that I had to ship out to a customer as well as multiple Amazon returns at the same time. From start to finish this whole process took only 4 minutes. She showed exemplary attention to detail and a vast amount of knowledge not to mention one of the best personalities/attitudes an employee has ever projected. I will never use a fedex store again to ship my products because of this experience, thankyou Candace!!!!”
