“I just hope that all the company’s associates are as helpful and courteous as Lily was with helping and as patient as she was with me. I was from out of town and had to pick several pair and had a toddler with me and the beautiful wife and had her do many shoe checks for all of us. I haven’t shopped at vans for many years but Lily has now made me a returning guest. She was very patient with me with making choices. VERY friendly and knows her products. She deserves a medal for her patience. She was the absolute best. Also one of the other people there Gainey was pretty great too.”

The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. They had a great selection of clothes, shoes, and gear, with plenty of sizes available and some really good deals throughout the store. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience easy without being pushy.
I also liked that everything was laid out in a way that made it simple to find what I was looking for. The prices were good, especially for the quality, and it felt like a solid place to pick up athletic wear, everyday clothes, or gear for the family.
Overall, great customer service, good selection, and great prices. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for Under Armour gear.”

“I swing into Tory every summer to pick up my new sunglasses of choice. This is super fun and they most generally have a good selection. This year I couldn’t resist the 70% deal and got a purse too. The employees are always helpful and a few years ago they hooked me up with the text option. When the new catalog comes out they text it. I can buy from home in MO just by sending the pics back of what I’d like to know more about. They tell me the prices and sizes (if it’s shoes) available. I’ve done this several times. Bc at the outlets when it’s gone it’s gone and when we go at the end of the season a lot is picked over. Just ask when you’re in and you can get your personal shopper too!
Parking is plenty. Hours are good. Go find yourself something pretty.”

“I brought my boys in yesterday to get new Crocs. My youngest (7) had been so excited to get the red tie-dye ones. We bought the next size up from what he currently wears (he was in a 12, and we purchased a 13) and left the store thrilled.
As soon as we got to the car, he put them on, but immediately started crying and kicking them off. He has some sensory issues, and despite multiple tries, he couldn’t tolerate the feel of the new Crocs. He had been looking forward to them for so long that we decided to go back to the store and try the same size as his old ones.
When we returned, Ishmael offered to help. I briefly explained the situation, and he had my son try on the size 12s. He gently talked with him about what felt good and what didn’t, then quietly swapped them for the 13s—without mentioning they were the same pair he had previously rejected. My son put them on and immediately loved them. Ishmael had him walk around the store to be sure, then turned to me and said something like, “Didn’t you come by earlier and buy this size? Sounds like that pair is waiting for you at home.”
We went along with it, and when we got back to the condo, my son put on the original size 13, completely happy and comfortable. Ishmael saw that my son was stuck in a rigid mindset and found a compassionate, creative way to help him through it. He could’ve just made another sale, but instead, he solved our problem. We’re so grateful for his kindness and insight.”

“My recent visit to JD Sports in Destin on 8/3/25 was chaotic. Customers were yelling at overwhelmed associates who were doing their best, and management was nowhere to be found. We almost walked out until until one of the associates, Gavin stepped in. He immediately helped me and my family, listened to our needs, and offered clear, helpful options. For someone so young, his professionalism and calm under pressure really stood out. He absolutely deserves recognition.”

“I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location of J. Jill. The two ladies who helped me were Shelby and Michelle. They were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful!!! We talked comfortably and casually. They helped me find exactly what I wanted! I came in after dinner, around 7:15 p.m., and they stayed open a few minutes past closing at 8 pm to help me checkout.
I highly recommend this location and these kind ladies. The store was clean, well organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
I don't understand the other reviews' complaints about the staff being unfriendly. The two ladies I met were very kind to me! I always believe in being kind to everyone and have found in most cases that if I am kind to others, they usually reciprocate. ?
