miss rose did amazing drawing my little girls blood for the first time ever. she’s 4. rose was quick and efficient. my only complaint is the wait time so my only recommendation is to set an appt :) other than that no other complaints

Had appointment scheduled. Went in. No one at desk area. Then check in at kiosk. Sat there for over 30 minutes, finally someone was at desk. I spoke with them, said I was a walk-in. Smh. But, once I got back there it was quick and painless!!! Person was good at poking!!! I appreciate that!!
