“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”

I apologized to the tech for not being able to book an online appointment, which I usually do, and she was truly a great representative for Quest! She was kind, understanding, and made my visit so easy, I thought I owed her something else. 100% - I would recommend the West Lake Mary Blvd Quest to everyone. Clean, ample seating, bright, with even brighter staff. So I should wright what I said when I was there... Thank you, this was far better than I would have anticipate, Thank you. They will be my only Go-To lab moving forward.”
“I've been using Deltona Medical Arts Lab for years. They come to my home which makes it much easier to cope with the fear of needles. Nothing but good things to the woman that come out. “I just want to say thank you to Mindy for helping me out this morning. I had an appointment at their Longwood office today at 745am that I made weeks ago, when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a note on the door that the location was temporarily closed. Almost at the same moment I got a email that my appointment had been cancelled. No phone call or text or where to go to get seen. I put the Lake Mary location in my gps and figured it was worth a shot. When I got there I spoke to Mindy at the front desk, showed her the picture of the Longwood front door, and she just responded with "No worries, come on back". She had me in, done, and out within 5 minutes. I know their closing wasn't her problem but she went above ad beyond to make it right. Thank you very much!”

“I arrived without an appointment and knowing that I would have a longer wait. It estimated 1hr and 20min wait. After taking several people before me, the phlebotomist acknowledged me in the waiting room and let me know she would be getting to me soon. I told her I was waiting patiently and that I understood. Unfortunately, not everyone else was so patient. One older man kept throwing his hands up and complaining every time someone else was called. He was so rude. I ended up getting called back after about an hour which was a nice surprise. We had friendly conversation and she did great with my blood draw. It was a single poke that I barely felt. I'm sorry that others had a bad experience, but mine was very good.”

“I was taken on time with my scheduled appt. But more than that, I wanted to leave a 5 star review because I always get poked, and bruised when needles are concerned due to my small veins. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy that Nicky the phlebotomist there was able to draw my blood with a small prick one time only going in!!! This is a HUGE deal for me!!! I will definitely go back for that level of expertise and experience as I have had painful experiences in the past at other places. Thank you Nicky for being an excellent phlebotomist!! This is rare and I so appreciate you for this!”

“I do not care for your self check-in. I’m sure it lowers your overhead costs, but in my opinion medical services need a more personal touch. Most medical services are increasing personal service to make the patient more comfortable; something Quest should examine in detail.”
