From regular updates to all the small details … she cared for our pup like her own. The doctor is amazing, took all four cats and three dogs AT THE SAME TIME, (arthritis shots, allergy shots, and flea meds) yeah, that’s right.. I was expecting to have a large bill, the only large bill I got, was a good, large bill of health!!! The doctor is retiring soon so take advantage before he goes fishing permanently!!!

I have been hesitant to take my dog to the vet after a series of bad experiences with numerous vets but it was obvious that the staff cares here. They were completely competent and discussed the options for tests to be done without pressure. I chose to do everything suggested because they took time to explain it and let me know the pricing up front which was reasonable. The team is very communicative and has stayed supportive even after bootcamp ended. They are patient, knowledgeable, and clearly care about the dogs they work with.
Jovi loves going there for daycare now! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for dog training or daycare.

She is an extremely pleasant person to deal with and her staff is also very courteous. The facility is extremely clean and professional. The only service I ever need is to have his nails trimmed; I really can’t go anywhere else because of his age. Highly recommend them for any pet and their needs.

It’s the perfect place for kids, but it’s very difficult to change their diapers. I end up going to my car and changing my son in the backseat or changing him in his stroller, both of which aren’t super easy. If they would add a changing option in the bathroom, they’re be perfect!

They also have other weekly occurring clubs as well as events like book swaps, craft clubs, plant swaps. They host regular art shows with themes displaying local artists. It also helps that the beer is delicious. They always have a cider, Selzer and at least one sour option. They have kombuchas and also have non alcoholic options in the cold case. They have juice and soda as well. They an area with toys for children and a lot of regulars have young children and come with their families.

I had recently started looking for another small dog and while online one morning there he was! I waited 4 hrs till they opened and called hoping he was still there. After they confirmed he was there and available. I gave them my name and rushed right over. The adoption process was simple and friendly. The facility is well kept and the entire staff is both helpful and kind. When you rescue a pet it's really you who are being rescued!

2800 County Home Rd, SanfordStaff was great. Pick up was easy. Drop off was a not confusing, with some owners' arriving after me, but their pets taken before.
The important thing is my fur baby was ready as promised and is healthy. Just waiting on the follow up vet appointment to ensure everything is ok.
