I just overheard a staff member answering questions a woman had about her betta, and they gave so much incorrect information. A bowl is not okay, bettas NEED 5 gallons minimum. Also, you CAN put other things in a tank depending on the bettas temperament. Saying ‘they are called Chinese fighting fish for a reason’ is soooo outdated. A great tank will have bottom feeders, like snails and shrimp if it’s a male betta, and female bettas can live happily with other non fin nipping species like tetras, corys, raspboras, loaches, frogs, shrimp and snails. If someone comes in asking about betta care, direct them to the real live plants, a 5 gallon tank (they are literally less than 20 dollars right now) a light, a gentile filter, a heater, good quality food as bettas cannot digest plant matter, and API Quick Start + a water testing kit. These are the minimum requirements. If you’re buying a betta, I hope this helped.

We were not disappointed! The groomer and van arrived promptly at 8:00 am, and from there, everything went smoothly. The groomer did an exceptional job with both of our golden doodles, and it was evident that they enjoyed the grooming experience more with the mobile service, avoiding the stress of a car ride to the grooming facility. Both the van and the facility in Altamonte Springs are immaculately kept, reflecting the high standards of 4 PETS. Leo is definitely not the easiest patient—he really does not like going to the vet and sometimes even needs to be sedated for certain tests or procedures. Because of that, finding a team that knows how to handle him properly means so much to us.
Dr. Quest and the entire veterinary team are absolutely amazing with him. They are always so patient, gentle, confident, and loving. They never seem afraid or intimidated by him, even when he’s being difficult, and they always know exactly how to approach and care for him while making him as comfortable as possible.
My partner and I are incredibly appreciative of the love and patience they always show Leo. Knowing that he is in such good hands gives us so much peace of mind. We’ve had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend Dr. Quest and the entire team to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about their patients. ❤🐾

Everyone was wonderful with a particular focus on Dr Larkins and Ashby who were exceptionally considerate and kind, going above and beyond to help us feel confident our dog Huckleberry was getting the love and care necessary by thoroughly explaining the proper work needing to be done, being patient with us as we asked questions and elaborating as we saw fit. It would feel wrong to stop my praises there however, due to the consistency of great work down by the entire team, with Sara and Judy at the front desk offering extra kindness and care, going above and beyond to be kind, even going as far as to clean Huckleberry's mess (brother pooped in the middle of the dang floor) as well as pick up a bird cage shelf we bumped into and dropped onto the floor. There was one more front desk member who was kind with their words as well. Everyone was exceptional and we feel confident our Huckleberry is in good hands when we take him here. Kenzie and Parker were also good, they added a disarming ambiance that I was also grateful for, them being dogs and all. There was also a cool turtle in the exam room whose name was Leonardo like the ninja turtle! The birds were fine. Didn't catch their names.

The owner and the girls that I always see are very kind. The Acai is so thick and stays frozen its delicious. The place itself is so cute, such a nice place for my lunch during the workday!! It is a tad pricey but sadly in this day and age what it not pricey.
