We were thrilled to find a "feline only" groomer in a sea of dog lovers. Beth was amazing. My cat was immediately at ease and happy to let Beth hold him as we discussed the plan for the visit. Beth is kind, knowledgeable, professional and, obviously, loves her furry clients! If you are fortunate enough to have a kitty- don't hesitate to entrust them to Whisker Park. It was a long way for us but certainly worth the drive!

We were on the road from Atlanta, already exhausted, when we ran into two major traffic jams that added over two extra hours to our drive. What should have been a simple, on-time check-in completely unraveled, and our GPS showed we would arrive just two minutes after closing at the boarding facility we had originally booked. After such a long, stressful drive, being told there was no flexibility was absolutely heartbreaking. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and honestly fighting back tears — all I could think about was my girl.
In a moment of pure desperation, I called Dogtopia — and that call changed everything. From the very first “hello,” I was met with kindness, patience, and compassion that felt like a lifeline. They didn’t hesitate. They didn’t make me feel like a burden. They welcomed us with open arms and reassured me when I needed it most.
We arrived about 10 minutes before the playrooms closed, and despite the time crunch, the staff treated us like we mattered. From the second Nova walked through the doors, I could see she felt safe and comfortable. The team went above and beyond — helping me get access to the cameras, texting me updates, and caring for my girl as if she were their own. Being able to see her happy, playing, and relaxed after such a stressful day brought me to tears of relief.
Because of Dogtopia, our vacation became worry-free, and my heart was at peace knowing Nova was loved, safe, and genuinely cared for. I will never forget the compassion this team showed us when we needed it most. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single staff member — you didn’t just board my dog, you rescued our entire trip. You are truly incredible and deserve every award imaginable.

Swimming is the best exercise for dogs, easy on their joints, keeps those joints flexible & lubricated, and relieves pain due to stiffness and arthritic pain. My 88 lb yellow Lab Tucker is 12 years and has degenerative joint issues in all four legs. He is my second dog I've taken to Hip Dog to swim. I take Tucker twice a week, and the improvement is significant. We used to have to put a sling around his mid section to help him walk up and down the stairs in our home. Now he does it all by himself.. and he pretty proud of himself! He can also climb into the couches and our bed without our assistance. Highly, highly recommend. The earlier you start your dog swimming, the better to keep arthritis and degenerative issues from occurring.

He was having major hip issues and the Therapies are helping him a lot! they are very kind and compassionate. Prior to this to take my dog to any kind of appointment he would have to be sedated. I'm able to take him there now without any sedation. And he likes them because I believe he knows they're helping him feel better.

She’s a highly trained, skilled professional & knowledgeable communicator. Animals are comfortable with her (ironically not a “given” with many vets). Dr. Peggy is not a fan of contemporary money driven business motives common to most vet practices today. Her small staff is very, very friendly & responsive (also unique). Facilities definitely are aging—even a bit shabby. But we’ll stay with the best care provider over bricks & mortar.

Winter ParkI just wanna thank Winter Park Pet Concierge for taking such good care of our babies during our wedding ceremony. They arrived promptly and helped get them ready for photos. We didn’t get a whole lot of time to interact with the wonderful ladies that watched over our boys, but when we did, we could tell they made our boys feel calm and relaxed. We can’t wait to see the photos of us and our three boys with their cute bow ties! Might be our favorite picture of all time. Here is a photo that a guest took so you can see how well they behaved. 10/10 would recommend this company for your pet concierge needs!

Sara put my mind at ease while we left our 1-year-old Pug Mix for a couple of days. She assured us he was in great hands and kept us updated on how he was doing with the other dogs, how he did overnight, and if he was eating. We wanted to be able to take Lucy to parks, restaurants, stores and places where she we could be confident, obedient but still a happy dog.. We reached out to Jason at ACDT and got a quick response to start Lucy on puppy training classes. Lucy worked with Nicole who was amazing and flexible during all the lessons and scheduling, she went above and beyond along with Jason, they were always answering our questions and being supportive in every way they can! Puppy lessons made a huge impact on Lucy ,she is more confident, learned basic obedience and to develop her social skills. We ended up moving forward with the second part of the training, which involved teaching her place, recall, heel work, sit, down, on and off leash control and much more. We are grateful to have learned and worked with ACDT their commitment along with ours truly paid off and Lucy is now CGC certified! Thanks guys ?

Prior to this visit, I had their tenders once at a Yelp event, so this was my first time actually visiting JAM Hot Chicken. We ordered The Sando to split between the two of us. It was a huge sandwich first of all, but more importantly SO DELICIOUS. Bread was perfectly soft and buttery, chicken was thick, juicy and the breading was so light and crispy without being soggy or oily (very impressive). Spice level was just right for us (we picked 1.75) and the slaw/pickle dressings provided a cool sweetness to balance out the savory heat. Obviously there are many sit down restaurants in the area, however if you're looking for casual/quick service JAM Hot Chicken should be a place you consider stopping at. Staff were warm and welcoming. Seating is all outdoor with a walk up window for ordering. A variety of sides and drinks are also available. We will definitely be back!
