The groomer did an amazing job, and everyone at the store was so friendly and knowledgeable. You can really tell they love what they do and care about the dogs. I think it says so much that a few years back when every other boarding facility was getting kennel cough- Rangers didn't have one case. Safety is number one for me. Wearing a mask isn't fun- but, in the Interest of safety and respecting their boundaries, I'll wear a mask all day. Rick, Jen and staff, thank you so much for your loving care with Bruin and Fenny!

Erika and Julie are absolutely fantastic groomers. They are kind, patient, professional, and take such great care of the pets they work with. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the care and attention they give every time.

We brought our Bulldog here for skin issues and the moment we walked in we were greeted by Lauren, who was very welcoming, then taken right back to a room and on the way we noticed how clean it was. Once we were in the room, we had a basket with dog toys/balls, fresh water and a very clean, comfortable space, in all my years of taking pets to the vet, we have never experienced toys and fresh water! Then Dillon (tech) walked in, he was so cool, loved on Louie right away to establish a relationship with him, was clear, thorough, kind, patient, mindful, knowledgeable and just awesome. We had a 10 star experience. So glad we went. Thank you to everyone!

From the moment I walked through the door me and my pet were treated like royalty! Every single person that I interacted with was soooooo friendly and caring. No waiting around in the waiting area, we were immediately taken to an exam room by the receptionist and in less than 5 minutes, the vet tech Victoria joined us and started taking our information.
Dr. Pereira joined to examine my pup just a few minutes later. Dr. Pereira is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner, just bottom line fantastic!
The entire experience from the facility to the care we received from Dr. Pereira, Victoria, and the receptionist was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!

Hip Dog Canine Hydrotherapy
4965 N Palmetto Ave, Winter ParkHip Dog owners are the best you could ask for. They love ALL dogs, and all dogs love them. Swimming is the best exercise for dogs, easy on their joints, keeps those joints flexible & lubricated, and relieves pain due to stiffness and arthritic pain. My 88 lb yellow Lab Tucker is 12 years and has degenerative joint issues in all four legs. He is my second dog I've taken to Hip Dog to swim. I take Tucker twice a week, and the improvement is significant. We used to have to put a sling around his mid section to help him walk up and down the stairs in our home. Now he does it all by himself.. and he pretty proud of himself! He can also climb into the couches and our bed without our assistance. Highly, highly recommend. The earlier you start your dog swimming, the better to keep arthritis and degenerative issues from occurring.

Winter ParkWinter Park Pet Concierge watched and brought our mini dachshund Bolt, to our wedding and she was so amazing with him. He was in the most caring, capable hands from start to finish, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Jenorise handled every detail with such thoughtfulness, from safely picking Bolt up and getting him to the venue, to making sure he was comfortable throughout the entire day (she even brought a fan to keep him cool!). She took the time to guide our ring bearer on exactly how to walk with him, which gave us so much peace of mind in the moment. She even took some photos on the day which was such a sweet and unexpected touch!
What truly impressed us was how naturally she fit in with our wedding party and family. She had such a warm, easy presence, while also being attentive and communicative, making sure to let people know if something was bothering or distracting Bolt. She was his advocate all day long, and it showed. From pick up to drop off, she went completely above and beyond.
Having Bolt at our wedding was so important to us, and Winter Park Pet Concierge made it an absolute joy. We cannot recommend her enough!

Sara put my mind at ease while we left our 1-year-old Pug Mix for a couple of days. She assured us he was in great hands and kept us updated on how he was doing with the other dogs, how he did overnight, and if he was eating. We wanted to be able to take Lucy to parks, restaurants, stores and places where she we could be confident, obedient but still a happy dog.. We reached out to Jason at ACDT and got a quick response to start Lucy on puppy training classes. Lucy worked with Nicole who was amazing and flexible during all the lessons and scheduling, she went above and beyond along with Jason, they were always answering our questions and being supportive in every way they can! Puppy lessons made a huge impact on Lucy ,she is more confident, learned basic obedience and to develop her social skills. We ended up moving forward with the second part of the training, which involved teaching her place, recall, heel work, sit, down, on and off leash control and much more. We are grateful to have learned and worked with ACDT their commitment along with ours truly paid off and Lucy is now CGC certified! Thanks guys ?

The space was intimate, sophisticated, and effortlessly sexy, with an incredible atmosphere that felt more like an exclusive private club than a daytime celebration. We brought in our own DJ, and the energy was absolutely incredible. Between the music, cocktails, and beautiful setting, we completely lost track of the fact that it was still daytime.
The food was outstanding. Every one of our guests commented on how delicious everything was, and the drinks were equally impressive. From start to finish, the entire experience felt elevated and thoughtfully executed.
The staff was attentive, warm, and professional, and a special thank-you to Kristian, the event manager. He was exceptional throughout the planning process, communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our celebration exactly what we envisioned. That level of service made such a difference.
Our friends and family had an unforgettable time, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. AVA gave us the perfect combination of incredible food, impeccable service, a beautiful private setting, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
We absolutely loved our experience and would wholeheartedly recommend AVA MediterrAegean for an elegant and memorable celebration.

Whether you’re there to work for an hour, catch up with friends, or just unwind, it feels easy to settle in.
If you’re new to kava or botanical drinks, the staff does a great job of walking you through the menu without making you feel like you’re taking a college exam on herbs. It’s approachable, low-pressure, and genuinely welcoming.
What stood out most was the sense of community. Every time we’ve stopped in, it feels like a mix of regulars, curious first-timers, students, creatives, and people simply looking for an alternative to the typical bar scene. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s refreshing to find a place built around conversation instead of chaos. Kava Cove has carved out its own niche in Winter Park, and it’s a great reminder that sometimes the best nights aren’t the loudest ones. 🦩
