And when I initially just went there to make the appointment, Sam listened to my story about how I was dismissed by another grooming place unfairly. Sam made sure to schedule my dog with one of the experienced groomers. My dog is a sweet heart just a little nervous. Turns out all she needed was breaks and the other place wasn’t doing that and they were pushing meds to calm my dog. Petco doesn’t allow medications as they want to keep the dogs safe and don’t have a vet on staff in case of a bad reaction. But my dog did amazing, she looks great and she didn’t need meds.

My dog is very bitey/apprehensive about grooming and even though I had her medicated, she still wouldn’t comply. I felt horrible because my dog bit the groomer before she even got her on the table. Through no fault of their own, obviously, they weren’t able to continue. I felt absolutely awful about the situation but they handled it with professionalism and grace. Thank you!!

1673 Rock Springs Road, ApopkaI've been going here for quite some time but my experience the last couple of times recently took my cat to possibly have put to sleep, I'd like his opinion first, but when I arrived it looked a little busy but was told to have a seat and wait for a room and nothing else and I waited for 35 minutes or so but don't think I should have wait that long to get in a room and it's not seeming very friendly here anymore and I also called today Sunday while they were open and put me on hold for 10 minutes I'm just so disappointed that I can't get any kind of service from them and my mother also used to come to pet expert but passed away last month so not having much luck with this business I'm giving 5 stars dr. Alex came to my house on Sunday after he worked at the clinic and we made a plan moving ahead and my cat is doing good so far there are good days and bad but so far not bad

● Dr. Jordan Eadie is exceptionally attentive. He takes the time to listen, explains everything in detail, and treats your dog as if it were his own pet. I have honestly never met a veterinarian who was so compassionate, professional, respectful, and courteous. A true gentleman.
● The front desk staff are also very helpful, attentive, and welcoming.
● The facilities truly feel like a real veterinary hospital—very well equipped and truly one of a kind.
● Even though this office is more than an hour away from my home, I will continue bringing my pets here. The quality of their care and service truly sets them apart.

Recently I had to help my Daughter and her husband who is a colonel in the Air Force stationed in Alaska get their kitty, Charlie home to her family. They went above and beyond to research and accommodate the requirements for this relocation. I can't thank Amber enough for all the hard work she put into finding the proper paperwork we needed. Dr. R has helped me through my new puppy happy times and my end of life tough times. I am eternally grateful to him. After a very scary emergency situation, we brought Blue here and the entire team made us feel heard, supported, and cared for. The staff was amazing, kind, and patient, and they treated Blue like he was their own.
Dr. Krishna Gadiyaram was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain things, made us feel reassured, and provided the care Blue needed. His kindness and professionalism meant so much to us during such a stressful time.
Thanks to this team, Blue received the treatment and support he needed, and seeing him feeling better meant everything to us.

She is very loving and affectionate, but she had developed some challenging behaviors — being overly protective of the house, barking at people and dogs passing by, and sometimes acting as if she “owned the house.” We realized we needed help establishing better structure and boundaries.
Paul Pipitone from Dog’s Best Friend Behavioral Rehabilitation & Obedience Training (aka Dog’s Best Friend) was fantastic. Paul isn’t just a dog trainer — he’s really a dog psychologist. Instead of relying on tricks or treats, he focuses on calm leadership, clear boundaries, and helping owners better understand their dogs.
Within just one session we already noticed a difference in both Kai’s behavior and in how we relate to her.
My wife and I were so impressed that we jokingly gave him a nickname — “Saint Paul.” His calm, common-sense approach truly works.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants a calmer, more balanced relationship with their dog. 🐕

My pup has been going to their Apopka location since April 2025, and can't seem to get enough. He is healthier and happier than ever and also very well mannered. Kudos to the entire team for showing all the love and being most passionate and sincere with all they do, while keeping my pup most happy, healthy, and always eager to go to the Dogtopia Location in Apopka, multiple times a week.
Further, Dogtopia in Apopka is excellent for dog boarding, as they are great with communication and keeping me in the loop with my pup, while keeping him most happy in the company of all his doggie friends. Give them a try and your pup will also be most eager to be with his / her friends throughout the week. My pup and I are most Extremely Satisfied!!! Sincerely, Monique V

On the way back, we stopped here for lunch. They had a few gluten free options because they serve breakfast all day and salads! Or burger no bun is an option, as well. I had the Cobb and it was fabulous! Lots of bacon, just the way I like it!

I have visited countless at this point due to my frequent traveling, and this one never disappoints. The food is great, tastes amazing, the variety of options is plenty but not overwhelming, the prices are fair, there's always food ready to go in a matter of seconds, just perfect! Every single time I am somewhat close to this place, I have to stop by. Everyone I have brought here, loved it. I am so happy to have a place nearby that actually cares for the food to taste good and not just look like Colombian food.

Wife was happy she doubled up the meat and I was okay with the amount of chicken as I added extra veggies. Their Scorpio habanero sauce is fire. Would go back to try another sub.
