“Bought tires here, so I came when I had a nail. I called to make an appointment, but it was one week out. I made it just in case. I had to upgrade to Plus just to get in to talk to someone. I used an app in the parking lot because I didn't think they would let me in. After I did, I found out that there was a promotion inside Sam's to get $10 off plus membership. Just one more thing that I went back to have them fix. The tire people are all great in the tire center. Ryan and Chris are awesome. They said I could wait for it but could take all day. The appointment didn't show, so they did my tire. I also bought 2 wiper blades, and they put them on. They checked my battery, too. It's too bad you can't make an appointment on the app or online. You can over the phone, but clearly, they are using a call center. My person had a strong accent, and I had to repeat myself. Also, why not offer promotions on the app and in-store. If not, put a banner on the app that says what the in-store promotion is, so if you want it, I know to go inside. I thought Sam's wants people to use the app? It just makes more aggravation. Sam's needs better purchasing people. No in-store fiber pills, Calm, Adidas clothing but I can buy them in Costco. They also let stuff linger some items in now are the same items that were there from November. Some people at checkout and in customer service really need to get re-evaluated, they look and act miserable to guests.”
“I just recently started working at Todd's as a driver it seems to be a very nice company with great management style it is a wonderful place to work the training is spectacular my trainer Isaac is great at his job I would highly recommend anybody to work for this company if you want steady pay very good equipment to drive and a great in-depth training schedule this is the place for you the employees get a small discount at the market you're able tobuy produce if you so desire everybody is courteous and friendly the owners and managers are all on point I appreciate how nice this company is and can't wait to work here for the rest of my life”

We travel the states for work and always have to go to the hearing aid section of Sams club for updates or other scenarios. She was very professional and listened to our situation and actually took the time to help. God bless her. She is AMAZING”
“The Michelin tires I bought are very good and this includes regular tire rotation and balancing every 6-8,000 miles. But trying to make an appointment to rotate tires is difficult as the Auto repair shop doesn't anwser the phone as they are busy working on cars. I live an hour away and used to have to drive to BJ's Auto shop to make an appointment in person but, recently I called and asked for the manager and he made the appointment for me so I don't have to drive down to Sanford to make an appointment. This is fantastic! I am very glad this worked out and the manager was very helpful with this. Yeah!!!”

Friday, I went to Sam's to get some extra water and other things that we needed in preparation for the hurricane that is coming this week.
They had everything that I needed and wanted.
I had a full cart and Ramon helped me check out.
