Ian, head mechanic, is someone you can talk to with ease. He is super hospitable and patient, explaining everything in depth to us. I felt like he went out of his way to find the problem. The previous mechanic told us the engine was blown, yet after getting a second opinion from Ian, I drove my truck out of there humming.
