“Went in looking for an obscure cookbook. Staff happily helped me find it and also showed me a few other related books that I may be interested in. Incredibly reasonable prices!”

“I always find books I just have to have from here! Lots of chairs hidden in little nooks to sit in to take a peek through books and I love the reviews on sticky notes on a lot of books here.”

“From the moment one walks inside a relaxing calm surrounds you. I simply enjoy browsing the great selection of items from singing bowls to books to candles and fragrance. I enjoy the Indian relics as the far east relics. Elysian Fields is just a complete Zen experience”

“Barnes & Noble!

Barnes & Noble continues to be one of my favorite places to shop. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and aisles that are always clean, organized, and easy to browse. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for—whether it’s a bestseller, a hidden gem, or the perfect gift.”

“first things first, this bookstore is amazing. not dusty, not stale smelling, and is nicely lit. the lady at the front was kind and helpful. she escorted my 11-year-old to the kids/young adults section which was Harry Potter and just a few other selections. not much happening in the kids section, but there are many other sections that kids can enjoy like picture books/coffee table books. so, the books here are not bargain priced, at ALL. these are used books, but they are in excellent-to-unread condition, with prices that reflect their original msrp. all of the 6 books that we purchased (total cost $85 even with a "student discount" ) could have been purchased on eBay (specifically ThriftBooks) for a fraction of that cost. literally pennies on the dollar. a couple of the books weren't priced yet and the prices she wrote in on the spot seemed strategically high...like, tourist trap high. but, as tourists, the experience of browsing through these endless aisles of meticulously arranged old books for an hour was worth the cost? ehhh, not really, lol I'd suggest stepping in to browse, perhaps buy 1 book or maybe two just for the heck of it but don't do what we did and load up on these over-priced previously owned books especially if the books you choose don't already have prices written in the front cover.”

“They have a extensive range of art supplies. It is a little bit more expensive that Amazon but if you need something rush and don't wanna wait for the delivery you can get pretty much anything you will need.”

“Lots of different books. Organized by categories and most popular piles.

I did get overwhelmed and needed help and no one was around to help on a Friday night maybe it is better in the daytime.

I did find one of the books I was looking for and another one on my list.

Girl at the register was playing around on her phone. Now she did apologize. Please pay attention. People get too comfortable with using their phones constantly.”
