About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Sarasota provides a positive experience with helpful service for both pickup and return. Customers enjoy clean vehicles and a smooth, low-touch rental process. The staff is noted as friendly, outgoing, polite, professional, and very customer oriented, often going above to help, including providing vehicle upgrades when necessary. While the Sarasota airport terminal can be difficult for returns, requiring extra time, the company is known to honor customers facing such issues. Rentals, including Jeeps described as fun to drive and good on gas, are generally ready and reliable. The return process is typically convenient and easy, located a short walk from the airport. Minor issues, such as a musty smell in a vehicle, are noted but do not detract from the overall smooth and recommended experience.

Amazing suv and was perfect for our trip! Pick up and return was easy! When we dropped the car off the guy outside even unloaded our luggage! You have no idea, that made my day! Especially being up early to return car and catch our flight. Thanks enterprise!
